The draw against Middlesbrough is another fucking draw but at least it is a point towards the total, its nine games unbeaten. I know, I know, I keep saying this and for the last five games our fans have gone home disappointed but like I said we must continue to believe that draws will turn into wins ( if I say this often enough the players might believe it) starting on Saturday, when again we will be trying our best to gain the three points.

The second-half performance was much better but we just couldn't find the second goal as we all know how nervous we get going into the final stages a goal up. This is a real big girl's blouse attitude to making a serious attempt at winning the league but you have to realise what a bunch of pampered Jessies I am trying to manage. The real turning point was Tomkins' header that brought a brilliant save from the Boro keeper. Pity it was the only decent shot we mustered all game and that a defender was our best striker!

When opposition teams come here they make it very hard for us to play our game,so I resort to long ball football in the hope that our sole striker might fluke one into the net or we get a penalty..

Some of the great play will be forgotten due to the fact the final ball was missing. Add to that a bit of control, a bit of footballing intellect and a complete lack of accuracy. We have to learn how to find a clean sheet because at the moment we are struggling to score more than one goal a game not, maybe so much away from home but certainly here. ( at this point HOTS consults Amazon to see if he can source clean sheets for Sam- obviously shitting himself at the thought of another home game against Reading).

I'm not concerned with Reading, ( oh yes you are!) I am concerned with the way we are drawing too many games at home. Boro did have some chances to win it at the very end, but so did we; Sam Baldock was very close with the last header of the game ( pity you didn't bring him on earlier instead of that lump of lard Carew!!) . We should have killed it off before they scored ( repetition) but we didn't and we have been punished yet again. (Another statement of the bleeding obvious!)

I could tell that wasn't Sam's email as the tenses were consistent. Sam would have said something more like;

'We haven't won because we don't take our chances when we have made them, and we aren't making them enough so we haven't had them to take. We will make more, and when we have, we need to have taken them more easily than we did.'
