If a character from DCD was any other character from any other franchise in any medium, who do you think they would be? Grab as many names as you want, and feel free to comment if you disagree with someone.
I'll start.
Raidon - Artemis Fowl That Biyomon - The Magikarp Salesman Suriumon - Yuri (Tales of Vesperia) Genesis - Tenebrae (Tales of Symphonia 2) Archmagus Alex - Albus Dumbledore

Cory the kikourimon - Simon Cowell Chaos - Shiki from Garden of Sinners Nihimon - Link's Fairy. Dunno why, just an image that always comes to me Marzy - Misao from Rurouni Kenshin
And then he turned into a cyborg and fought aliens.

I'm not familiar with Garden of Sinners, so the Wikipedia entry about Shiki just made me go o.O a lot.
I would also normally take umbrage to any of my characters being compared to something from Tales of Symphonia: Why The Hell Didn't Our Protagonist Turn Into an Awesome Squirrel God?, but Tenebrae was basically the only redeeming feature of that game, and is a fairly appropriate comparison. (Although I've been kind of edging more into Grimoire Weiss 'jackass sarcasm' territory than Tenebrae 'not-so-jackass sarcasm', because obvious I need more jackass characters, I don't have enough of them.)

Chaos doesn't really strike me as being at all similar to Jade. Granted, I haven't actually played TotA (though I have watched the anime adaptation), but they just seem like very different character types.
Hmm... How about something a little different. Match characters up with Tropes.

I actually assumed the Koatamundi was referring less to Chaos the Character and more Chaos the Me with that comparison. I agree that Chaos the Character is a very different archetype than Jade, but very obviously I the person and Colonel Curtiss have a distressing amount in common.
Like that time I tried to revive my mentor with arcane and unholy necromantic rites. What an exciting Christmas holiday that was.
I'd actually compare Chaos to REDACTED, especially since I curtailed some of her more asshat-ish tendencies, mellowed her out more, although she's still too volatile and strung-out to make it more accurate. If I'd written her closer to how I actually am, the comparison would be much more apt, but I'm afraid I'd be a bad main character in a story; not nearly dramatic enough.
I mentioned up there that Genesis kind of wound up assuming the traits of Grimoire Weiss, which is basically like being a slightly less vicious Severus Snape.
Nartakii is basically a combination of Jan and Tek, the two protagonists from the Birth of the Firebringer trilogy (which is way obscure and I'm so proud of myself for being able to reference books about badass warrior unicorns).
...I just noticed you compared Alex to Dumbledore, and while that's awesome, that's not exactly... close at all. They're very different characters; Alex is supposed to be a hardass leader more in the vein of 'generic military official' (possibly a smattering of Major Anderson/Colonel Graff from the Ender books? I didn't have anything specific in mind other than 'hardass leader'), as opposed to being a quirky, likeable fellow who can still kick ass when necessary.

Go ahead.
Although I'd encourage against linking every single trope you list because that is a dangerous, dangerous practice and you will send people into circles of trope reading from which there is no escape. Let alone that you will probably drag yourself in circles for hours getting the links to the tropes you're linking and then nobody will ever post again because we've got a hundred tabs open and you just keep wanting to look up one more thing--
