Many years have past since the Black Arms were destroyed. Omega has be decommissioned, do to failure to cooperative with G.U.N. As G.U.N agents, Shadow and Rouge need a new person to join their team. But they were assigned one. He is a young G.U.N agent. He'll proabaly be someone they regret joining their team. Our will become a new ally of Shadow's or.....maybe a new, friend. His name is Dylan Carroll.
