Yup, and you might want to add absolutemind in there as well, though most people don't find it as good as the other two (Lofty's has a lot of good explanations and videos, Tomy's only has the algos, and the short explanations are in japanese lol).

Jai's edit: Fixed a typo, it's Lofty, not Lofy :P

Harris, do you do anything to develop your dexterity? I watch you and Doowon and i just can't turn as fast as you guys can. It is one thing to minimize delays, which i can still do, but that will put me probably around 25 or 26, but to get 22 i just have to turn faster. So how do you do it?

Not really--There's just this weird day that I did some OH and it was just faster than before o.O I learned to do the R' with pinky like the japanese, but I still haven't tried the U flick yet (the videos are on Tomy's site).

Mondo made 2 videos on how to "train the finger", it's just basically all the kinds of triggers that are used in OH, repeatedly over. He just turns so fast, but during OH solves he didn't go crazy like other Japanese cubers lol.

Ryosuke Higo - OH cuber Extrodinare

Umm i found that doing this OLL helps train the Japanese flicks.
Practise this OLL over and over again?

OH and Harris, are you going to learn the U' turn? I tried it but i just cant do it, its jsut TOO weird. However i am doing the R' Turn now.
