To the inactive people and the admins, They probably won't even look at this

Why do the inactive ones even bother joining if they aren't going to be active? Some don't even bother to post on the forums (except their applications, and then that's it).

Please, for goodness sake, if you only want to boast about being in a clan or just join for the sake of joining, please look for another clan.

If you are going to be inactive for extended periods of time or are quitting, at least post a notice on the forums to explain your absence.

I think I'm going to get scolded for this, but I propose to the admins that the inactive ones be expelled from this clan. I am writing this rant because I do not want Blessings to become a clan of living dummies. That completely defeats the purpose of being in a clan in my opinion.

You may or may not choose to listen to this, but the final decision rests in your hands. Forgive me if this post annoys you. Some of you may think that this is a case of the pot calling the kettle black, and sometimes I think so too. So if the admins wish to expel me from this clan, I will not object to it.

Although I doubt most (if not all) of them will be here to read this, I agree with you and it's been a problem that has plagued the clan ever since it started. We used to frequently delete unused accounts, but have since stopped because of RL issues taking up our time. We will have a mass clean-up soon, seeing how our school terms are about to end and will have more time to do these things.

I can't speak for Tiz, but I've learnt to take this inactivity in my stride (well.. Seeing how even I was inactive up till recently ). For one thing, I am happy with the huge number of applications we are getting. I'm pretty sure the reason for these members' swift inactivity is the general lax that many clan members have when it comes to posting on the forums, or attending events even, that sort of drives them away even after registering. If we were more active as a clan, be it here or in-game, they will be enticed to stay active and become contributing members of the clan.

We already have the resources, so to speak, since we've got new applications coming in frequently. This shows our huge advertising campaign sometime ago was a success. We can rely on this constant flow of new people coming in to maintain the clan, since there will always be the one guy who signs up with the whole gung-ho thing going on. However first we have to be more active ourselves, and then only can we really build Blessings up the way it should be.

Here's My Opinion:

Although I have Been Away for A Long Time, I too Agree With your Post. The Thing That Annoys Me Most Is that They Create An Account, Post Up On a Few Recent topics To show that They Want to be in this Clan, Then Just Go afk for a Few months (Or Years D:).
If They Would Supply A good Reason To Be away (Moving, Internet Problems Etc.) Then that'd be okay, But they Don't.
So Yeah. Thats my Opinion.

as an inactive myself that i'm sure none of the new members know of, i can say that inactivity has most deffinatly been with this clan since around the start, for as long as i can remember there has always been inactive people who join then do nothing, even back on the old forums (which i do miss (screw you lightning)).

However there is always the odd chance that they join the clan and then decide to quit runescape like a n hour or so later...... very unlikely but hey, you never know.... or its the same person each time, doing it to slowly annoy everyone and clogg up the clan with inacctives.....

ok i'll stop haveing diarrea of the mouth and be quiet, after all, this is just random ramblings of a random person =)
