Now I would ask that the Word Count doesn't go lower than 200 in this board, however if it does no one from the staff will bitch at you promise. This board is for Role Playing as anywhere in the World, in any country and anyplace. This is a Fast Role play, so its meant for low word count post if you need a pick me up or just want to role play without writing six hundred or more words.

SUBURBS - HAVENPORT
The primer suburb in St.Charles. Gated community of up scale homes owned by those who make a good living. All the houses are three stories with a pool and a four car garage, they sit in neat sectors. Up at the far end of the suburb is another smaller gated community where the excessively wealthy live, these homes don't look like all the others and the are far more lavish, butlers, personal workers and the whole set up.

CENTRAL - PARKER STREET FLATS
A nice complex, big enough for a modest size family with your average pocket book. The floors are all hard wood, the walls are clinical white and rooms range from two bedrooms to five. Crime is very low in this part of the city, silence and privacy are highly valued at the Flats. Anyone can rent one as long as you pay and don't throw raves.

SLUMS - FALLING TENANTS
A shabby but honestly run Apartment complex, on the edge of an empty water drainage system it sits. Accompanied by a graffiti'd playground no longer in use. Its the one part of the Slums that inst infused with the drugs as the tenants have banned together to keep it out of their homes and lives.

KING JAMES STREET - DUTCHMAID APARTMENTS
Studio apartments, The Dutch Maid Apartments are lofty, spacious and sit across the street from the Dutch Maid Motel. The entire building is done in a very traditional feel, tulips have been painted on most of the walls along with scenes of the Dutch country side. Modest to lower income housing.

SHORE LINE
The river runs alongside the city once being its western most boundary. Now the city sprawls over its banks with bridges spanning the length of the river. Much of the shoreline has been consumed by industry except for a few pristine areas that remain.

KING JAMES STREET
The hottest and fastest strip in the River Front district, it is also the longest too. It is well known for the illegal street racing that goes down at night making youth and cops a frequent site when the street lamps come on. Shops dot the street catering to the younger crowd. A family restaurant remains a fixed feature on the street. A bar rests at the south end of the street conveniently where the street racing ends.

DOCKSIDE
Piers line the shoreline as well as hug warehouses. Maritime business is brisk here but other businesses have moved into the area over the years. Low light gives the area a mysterious feel to it and it is not a notably safe place to be at night. Ally’s are long and dark between the buildings where many people have disappeared.
