roll call
all activity checks will be held here. there will be an announcement for whenever a new one comes up. bare in mind that if you miss an activity check unintentionally, your character will not be deleted, just marked inactive. unless it's a canon character, in which case it will be marked available after two weeks. if you have not responded within two weeks, your face claim will be marked open, and so on. however,
your account will not be deleted!

courtyard
on warm, sunny days, and there's not a lot going on, the courtyard is crawling with students laying in the grass, sitting up in the trees, or kicking a football around in front of the science building.

galileo hall of science and maths
the first floor holds the science rooms, the second the maths. when the school started out, it was only one school building, but after a generous donation from an alumnus, the galileo hall was born

main hall
the rest of the classrooms are tucked away safely in the main building, which is five stories high. students are required to use the stairs, though there is an elevator...for staff only. you can try sneaking on, but don't get caught or it's an immediate detention!

dining hall
the dining hall is the one and only place to eat on campus. unfortunately, there's no cafe or anything at kenwood, so when the boys get desperate for reasonable food they either sneak out and go to town or if they're feeling particularly daring, they crawl into the ola and raid the cafe there.

auditorium
the auditorium is where all the 'important' stuff happens. every friday the students meet and the staff and council go over the news and events for the week to come. this is also the theatre club's hang out, because the kenwood auditorium is more up to date than the one at ola.

lockers
it's amazing what you can overhear just hanging around the lockers. a loooot of student business goes by right here, so keep your eyes and ears open!

sports field
the field can accommodate all kinds of sports. it's very versatile. they play rugby, football, even polo on this field, and it's seen many a wild party.

the dorm
there's one dorm to house all the students at kenwood, considering it's a fairly small school. however, the place is absolutely massive, with one year per floor and a basement for...everything else.

the quad
the quad is the ola equivalent to kenwood's courtyard: it's the main student out-of-doors hang out. many of the girls make it a point to do as much outside as possible, so often you'll see them having meals out here, studying, or even taking naps.

the science labs
the ola school itself is composed of only one building. but it's rather large, so mind you don't get lost, and these science labs are only one of the insane amount of rooms in the old building.

the classrooms
each classroom is equipped with state of the art...everything. there's only about twenty five kids per class though, so you get to know your mates really well; even if you don't particularly want to.

the hallways
a lot can happen during the ten minute breaks between classes, and most of it happens right here. i'd avoid getting in trouble if i were you; professors are always on guard.

the café
the café is open until eight thirty every night, and during exam week, it's open until one. all students are welcome here from either ola or kenwood...if the boys can get here of course.

the gymnasium
the gym holds both the courts and the weights room. it would have been shut down a long time ago when the girl's basketball team was ousted, but due to protests and demand by the ladies, it's still here.

the cafeteria
the cafeteria is where you're going to be eating breakfast lunch and dinner from now on, so you have no choice but to like the food. or you know...starve. some girls are very good at that unfortunately.

the dorm
like the boys' dorm in kenwood, ola has one dorm with a floor for each year and a rec room underneath. unlike the boys' dorm, this one is kept spotless, and is rather old fashioned.

the library
instead of having two libraries with the exact same books in them, the two schools share one, and it's gigantic. it's quite easy to get lost among the shelves, and can be very hard to find what your looking for. the schools put a lot of faith into their students thinking they would co-exist peacefully here. they were wrong to think so.

the gardens
in reality, the gardens are separated by the river, but they meld into each other so smoothly, it doesn't really count. plus the bridge leads from one side of the garden to the other, which defeats the purpose.

the stables
having two separate stables of this calibre would have been extremely expensive, and since the creators of the school aren't complete idiots, they figured they'd make just one, and here it is! one of the best in wales!

the trails
there are several different trails that lead to several different places: some into town, some to the lake, some through the forest and one that the faculty don't know about. this one leads to and from kenwood to ola in a round about manor in which it would be near impossible to be caught.

the bell tower
the bell tower is located precisely half way to the chapel. most of the time it's empty, considering the schools now use recorded bells blared over the loud speakers. you can still get in though, considering they never bothered to lock the door.

the chapel
unfortunately for the kids, they're required to go to a service once a week. fortunately for the same kids, it's very easy to skip out on, considering the only staff member who turns up every time is the priest, and you can go any time you choose.

the woods
the woods are always fun, especially if you're attempting to 'be one with nature'. they're large enough that you'll seldom meet anyone while you're wandering around, but they're small enough so if you get lost, it'll only take an two or three hours to find your way out.

the lake
the lake may not be very large, but it's large enough...and far enough away. many students come out here to have their 'quiet time', and it's very romantic in the dark.

old cross hotel
the old cross hotel is a lovely place with nice rooms, a good restaurant, and most importantly, a fully stocked bar. careful though, these guys actually will card you.

the bench bar
the bench bar is an odd place, considering not only is it a lovely bar (specializing in wines, so it's quite fancy), but it's also got some of the best ice cream around. definitely not the place to roach a spliff.

yet another curious establishment in this small town: the sampler is not only a lovely place to sip a coffee, but also place to learn about british history. go figure

the play ground
technically this place is meant for little children, but as it turns out, teenagers are quite fond of swing sets and see-saws as well.

high street
the st davids high street is not what most of our students are used to. most of them don't even consider it to even be a 'high street', but beggars can't be choosers, right?

the lion's crown pub
the lion's crown pub is the best pub in st davids. it's where all the kids from both schools go, mostly because they never think to ask for any sort of id. and they've got around one hundred and fifty beers on tap.

the cliffs
the cliffs are certainly very beautiful, but they can also be quite dangerous, considering there's no railings. don't go too close to the edge and you should be fine.

the beach
there's not many people who can pass on a lovely beach on a warm summer's day, and there's not many who'd willingly go in the dead of winter. no matter what time of year you go though, the beach around st davids is always beautiful.
