I AM BACK. with a new song; older and actually pretty darn alice. ;D my muse is very attracted to my beatles collection (perfectly fine for a teenager in britain at this time to love the band, no?), but she really seems to like "lucy in the sky with diamonds". now, i have known about the whole lsd thing - hello, listening to the lyrics makes me laugh at how ridiculous and how crazy someone had messed themselves up. however! i went to research the song a little more. i came up with this .. john lennon's son, julian, came home from school one day with a picture - julian said his picture was of "lucy - in the sky with diamonds". that's so cute, right? ;D lennon was reminded of his own affections - especially for lewis carroll's through the looking-glass and a particular chapter in it that has a line that is mentioned in the song as "plasticine porters with looking glass ties".
