Harry Potter was born in the year 1980, but that's not where we want to be. No, let's go back further. Here is where we want to be. It's March of the year 1978, dolls. The infamous Marauders are in their seventh & final year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft & Wizardry; the first war against the Dark Lord is about to begin. In June 1976 Voldemort formed a plan. His plan? Well it was simple, or as simple as a plan can appear when put to words. Of course the acting on the plan may be considerably much harder. That was not the matter however. The matter at hand was the planning of the plan. And the plan itself was that he was going to shake the wizarding world so hard it had to uproot itself. Yes, that's right he was going to do something no one would expect. He was going to force all of the European wizarding schools into one place, and then eliminate them all in one foul swoop. It sounded so simple, so easy, and so much nicer than trying to take out all the good little children one school at a time. Which was brilliant upon brilliant if you asked him, and Bellatrix. And so the plan was hatched, they would dispatch of all the good little children in one swoop.

In July 1976 the first part of this devastating plan was put to motion. Durmstrang came first, it was the most simple to get into. Most of the students would be death eaters themselves one day. Since that was the case he knew all he had to do was destroy their school. It was simple, just call ahead and have his inside men get all the students out. Once that was done the Death Eaters set to work destroying the school. The castle was flattened to the ground by the time they were through. It was decided soon after by the headmaster that the school would be moved to France the following year. And they would resume their lessons in Beauxbaton. The Beauxbaton headmistress agreed, and said it would promote unity in a time that seemed it may be becoming dark.

In July 1976 the second part of Voldemort's master plan was put into action. While all the teachers, and students were away Hogwarts was attacked. Not even Dumbledore was there to protect the school. The castle was damaged so badly it was deemed unlivable for at least a year. Leaving them only one place to go, Beauxbaton. Dumbledore set to work right away making arrangements for he and his students to go to Beauxbaton the following year. It was decided that the Hogwarts students would adapt to Beauxbaton rules, and their culture, and would be the better for the experience. The Headmistress agreed, and thought it best that the students stay in the dorms set up just as the Beauxbaton students do.

In late August 1976 the Durmstrang and Beauxbaton students went to Beauxbaton. And the Marauders, along with all their friends, enemies, and Durmstrang students, were plopped into a whole new culture. Where the rules were much more lax. How will the students adapt to this new world? And how will the peaceful Beauxbatons react to their somewhat hostile dorm mates? One thing is for certain, none of their lives will ever be the same. It seems peaceful enough here, but there are rumors that the Death Eaters, and the Order have followed the students to France. That Voldemort isn't done terrorizing these children yet.
