Your character must be intelligent and more of a disciplined person,
otherwise we cannot accept them. After all, it makes sense to have
that kind of a character be a prefect.
Canons have first choice.
Some positions may only be available to certain canons due to the indication
by the books.
You must be an active person to be a prefect.
One girl prefect & one boy prefect per year.
