Wayne Station Built by Thomas Wayne and Lucius Fox to give something back to the Gotham Community, this monorail was attached to Wayne Tower, and circled the whole city, providing inexpensive transportation. After the death of Thomas Wayne, the monorail has fallen into disarray. Peale Art Gallery A large, spacious showroom of priceless art treasures, the Peale Art Gallery is renown or the pieces of art inquired through the years. City Lights Mall A small section of Midtown has been dedicated to this large, outdoor shopping center. Four square blocks, filled with couture boutiqes for the fashionistas, and your average mall stores. Narrows Island Located on an island off Middletown Gotham, the Narrows is the ghetto of Gotham City. What was once rife with criminal activity, is now dormant of the violence that once plagued it with a majority now in jail. However, the homeless and lost still manage to keep it thriving. Arkham Asylum Located in the deepest part of the Narrows, Arkham Asylum resides and is home to many dubbed criminally insane. Gotham City Police Department Founded in 1820 with a strong enforcement of the law, though through the years, more and more it has been infested with shady underhanding amongst it's officer ranks. However, it has recently been put somewhat under control by the new stated Commissioner Gordon, who is doing all he can to uphold the law and weed out the bad apples.
