Alfonso Herrera Rodríguez alias Poncho s-a nascut pe 28 August 1983,in Mexic.Poncho si-a inceput cariera in teatru participand in anul 2001 in piesele “Las brujas de Salem”, “Como matar a un Ruisenor” si “Antigona”, pe cand inca visa sa devina pilot. Cariera sa actoriceasca a continuat in 2002 in filmul Amarte Duele, produs de Fernando Sariñana. Alfonso Herrera nu si-a imaginat niciodata ca destinul il va aduce unde e astazi si nici macar ca din distributia Amarte Duele, va fi ales de Pedro Damian pentru a realiza un casting pentru telenovela Clase 406, in cadrul careia isi va incepe cariera de actor de telenovele. Urmand ca in 2004 sa intre in echipa Rebelde.Poncho a protagonizat filmul "Volverte a ver", filmat in Argentina, ce a fost deja lansat in cinematografe.Ultimele sale filme sunt "Venezzia" ce va aparea in septembrie,filmarile terminandu-se,iar in curs de filmare sunt "El Diez"si "Cameleones",iar in curand o sa apara in "Tiempo Final 3"
