ISF is going down for a bit of a revamp. We're going to be reorganizing the forums, kind of shrinking it down in size without losing the content we want to keep. We're hoping to make it easier to navigate and also so that it doesn't seem like such a huge daunting place full of twists and turns.

In the process of that, ISFtwo will be open at all times. Members at ISF that want to be over here during the time ISF will be offline will be able to register and be validated immediately. We do expect you to follow the rules of the original ISF, and of the writing zone, which can be viewed here.

Now, the writing zone itself will also be getting a change as well. Old topics that are no longer needed will be deleted. Meaning those in the Bulletins section mostly. Make sure you read through them if you haven't before. Any important ones will of course be staying.

As well as a topic clean out in certain areas, there is going to be a forum clean out. Old forums that were moved and never retrieved will be deleted, along with any new forums from inactive members that haven't been posted in over a month. It's getting to be a hassle with them bouncing around. On a sidenote, the forums are being deleted, the topics are not. Most of the story topics, (the poems/stories/one shots/drabbles/etc) will be moved to a single topic and renamed. That way if the member ever returns, we can give them back if they didn't have them saved to a computer. It's a shame to lose written pieces, that I know.

All of that will be happening at the same time as the revamp at ISF, only the writing zone will remain open and ISF will not. Said revamp will be happening in one week roughly. After that, it will be back with a fury, ready to have nominations completed, new contests, a new point system, and many other goodies we hope entice old members to stay and new members to arrive.
