Title: Beating the typical
Description: off with a stick

So, I have to admit that I'm a huge sucker for romance stories (I can't figure it out, either, I'm like, the least romantic person EVER), but even I can't deny that after a while I get sick of them.

However, romance seems to be the most common type of internet stories, so I want to challenge you to do a challenge that is centred on love - so long as it's not romantic.

This love can be anything - love for one's grandma, love for one's computer, love for a sport, love for the weather, whatever you want it to be. So long as it's not romantic.

I don't want to stick an end date on this, so that would mean that it doesn't really go to voting, I guess. We can always change it if there's a demand :) I just kind of want this to be a muscle stretching exercise.

So? GO!

I want to enter this competition.
So badly.
Does it matter if the story is particularly... grotesque and disturbing.

I mean, I can't write a story without it being ever-so-slightly not right.

Go ahead XD It's your story!

YAY! I will!
I'm meant to be doing Art Coursework, but screw it, I want to write! =]

Not sure if there's a form or anything I have to fill out.
But here it is.

Flesh.
A story about love.

Ever-so-slight gore. [basically non-existant, but still...=/]

Okay, so mine seems like it's about romatic love, but it's really about a mother's love...

I always think of the poor mother of the girl leaving whenever I hear 'Who's To Say' by Vanessa Carlton, and it came on shuffle, so I figured I'd write my story about that...I was crying the whole time I wrote this! ;.;

Goodbye
