GUILTY PLEASURES
Chippendale's with fangs. A vampire male strip club owned by the Master of the City. Guilty Pleasures is one of the hottest clubs in the District. They do not take reservations. A sign on the door reads "No crosses, crucifixes, or other holy items allowed inside." They have a holy item check girl for your convenience.

CIRCUS OF THE DAMNED
Housed in an old warehouse, its name is emblazoned across the roof in colored lights, fanged clown figurines dance around the words. The sides of the building are strung with huge plastic banners depicting a man being hung, zombies crawling from their graves and a man halfway between wolf and man shape. None of the banners look very wholesome. The basement of this building is off limits and rumoured to be the daytime resting place of the Master of the City.

DANSE MACABRE
The club is housed in an old brewery warehouse. They've gutted the warehouse so it rises three stories straight up with railings around each floor. Mannequins, life-size rubber dolls, and crash-test dummies hang from the ceiling.

Ask anyone and they'll tell you the alleyways in The District are the last places you'd want to be wandering at night. Not that you have to worry about unsavoury humans, no, even they're mostly too scared of this area. That should give you an idea of what is lurking these narrow alleys.

Since breaking into the mainstream, vampires and lycans can operate their own small businesses. Those that choose to set up shop in The District tend to be running less savoury establishments or those that poke fun at their supernatural selves while staffing a predominantly "otherwordly" staff, if you will.

CHURCH OF ETERNAL LIFE
At the Church of Eternal Life they promise just what the name says, eternal life. And they can prove it. No leap of faith. No waiting around. No questions left unanswered. How does it feel to be dead? Just ask a fellow vampire church member or church master! The Church doesn't like to be associated with the riffraff. They think of themselves as mainstream undead, recruiting by going door to door, like the Mormons and the Jehovah's Witnesses. A sign on the door reads, "Enter Friend and be at Peace."

BURNT OFFERINGS
the waiters in this restaurant are either real vamps or just wannabes. The decorating scheme here entails a poster from 1970's movie Burnt Offerings, a life size waxwork of Christopher Lee as Dracula in the bar and one wall with framed caricatures of horror stars of the sixties and seventies. It isn't uncommon to see clusters of visitors trying to identify who is who. At midnight whoever has the most correct guesses gets a free dinner for two. Try the Bela Lugosi burger while you're there - extra rare unless otherwise requested!

THE LUNATIC CAFE
Its sign is a glowing crescent moon with the restaurant name done in soft blue neon. There is a bar along one wall, polished dark wood, old and lovingly cared for. The rest of the room has small, round tables that could comfortably seat about four. Great place to meet lycanthropes.

NEW ORLEANS CITY HOSPITAL VAULT
All vampire victims are taken to the basement of the old New Orleans City Hospital. The hospital was closed down but the morgue stayed open because they couldn't afford to move the vampire room. It's a special vault room with a steel reinforced everything and crosses laid on the outside of the door. There's even a feeding tank to take the edge off that first blood lust. Rats, rabbits, guinea pigs. Just a snack to calm the newly risen.

THE TENDERLOIN
The Tenderloin was originally the red light district on the Riverfront in the 1800's. The night streets are neon-coated, sparking, flashing, pulsing--colors. It looks like some sort of pornographic carnival.

HOUSES
A majestic remnant of the Greek Revival movement in the late eighteenth century. Sugarcane fields, an underground wine cellar, rooms without end: a timeless gem rich with horrors of its history. The plantation mansion although forsaken by time, returns with its mystic, grandeur, allure, is once again peopled by vampire and lycan.
