oo1. first things first, you don't talk about dui. ... actually you do. we encourage you to. but don't be talkin' shit. we do have tyler durden on speed dial.

oo2.. here at a decade under the influence we do not have a word count. you can post 300 words or you could post 900 words. hell, you could post fifteen words (we allow rapid fire threads). it doesn't matter. but if you're in a thread with someone and they're putting a lot of time and effort into a post, don't give them 200 words back. try and match the people you're threading with.

oo3. no one's perfect, so stop pretending. this is a real life site which means that all of the characters should be like real people. that means characters should not be perfect. everyone has their flaws and everyone has enemies. deal with it, fools.

oo4. pretty much anything that happens in real life happens here. drugs? yeah, it happens. sex? all the time. mafia? on the weekdays. but seriously. come up with some interesting plots. we encourage it!

oo5. shit piss fuck cunt cock cucker mother fucker tits fart turd and twat. swearing's cool and despite what anyone says, is always funny.

oo6. post. post. post. people seem to forget this part of the whole roleplaying thing. you have to post to keep this site active. are you bored? throw up an open thread! someone will more than likely take it. and if they haven't in a coupe of days, feel free to maybe give a 'hey, is anyone interested in a thread with dee buttersnaps? i've got an open thread for him in the temple of doom if someone wants to jump in.' or something to that matter. but don't take this as me telling you to go ahead and spam the shit out of the cbox going 'hey! someone take my thread!' 'anyone want to post in my thread?' 'i have a thread, yknow.' 'POSTINMYTHEAD' or anything like that. Just a simple 'hey!' after a few days. no need to get obnoxious.

oo7. are you bored with your character on the site? do you feel like no one's plotting with you and you have no threads? we all know how that feels, and we all hate it. if you're bored, try to branch out and plot with people. go and click on some random plotting pages and just try and some up with some way for your characters to interact. it doesn't matter how odd the idea may sound. give it a shot. the person might say yes! and on the other side of that, if you see an open thread or a shipper that seems to have been sitting for a little bit, post in it! that is what i believe makes a site thrive. constant plotting and posting, which you guys have always been awesome with!

oo8. please register with a first and last name in all caps!
