When Priya called Natalie the night before, it was to schedule a girl's night out, however the morning of the next day went.

It was only a few months since the end of a major part of their lives ended. A few months since Galaxia and Chaos were defeated, and everything restored. Lives lost were regained, the cauldron was fixed, and peace reigned once more. With the defeat of Chaos, things had almost gone back to normal. For Priya, the years of being a senshi had, somehow ironically, become her idea of normal. She really couldn't imagine her life without having gone through all that happened. It was a part of her that, no matter how many times she thought about quitting, she just couldn't get away from. Not only that, but there were several good things that came along with it. Main one was gaining friends, and none more so than Natalie. All of the senshi were her closest friends, but the senshi of Mars was her confidante and life best friend. Granted, they had their share of fights, but in the end, things worked out, and they stayed friends.

So when Priya decided to do another audition to be an idol, the first person she called was Natalie. One might've thought it'd be Aiden, but what she was going to need was a girl's night.. or, well, day. Whatever. It'd taken a bit of persuasion, but she'd convinced Natalie to go along with it. If she was accepted in the recording agency, they'd have a party. If not.. well, she was going to need an outing even more, given that she'd probably lock herself in her room and not leave for a while.

But no one needed to worry about that.

From the studio, Priya ran straight to Natalie's place, a wide smile on her lips. She couldn't believe what just happened. It was like a dream come true. The difference between it happening back during the crisis with Galaxia and now was that she had nothing to stop her from being an idol now if she wanted. The first time, while she was accepted, she wouldn't follow it for the simple reason that her duties as a senshi came first. But those were done with now. Chaos was defeated, and she was through with school, and now her next ambition was to do what she always wanted to do.

Which was why she knocked harder on the door than she should have, even if it was in excitement. "Natalie! Nat! Nat! Natalie! Come on!" The blonde paused only for a moment before continuing her excited pounding on the door. "Naaaaataaaaalieeeeeeee!!!" Priya giggled and bounced around in a circle on the spot, impatient for the raven haired female to answer the door. Though when she finally did, Priya wasted no time in throwing herself on the other female, hugging her tightly. "Natalie, you won't believe it! I told you we needed desperately to hang out today, and it's for a good cause now! I made it! Ohmygosh, Natalie, it was amazing, they said that they loved me, and can you believe it, they said that they'd sign me, and Natalie, it's finally happening, I'm going to be a singer!" Priya didn't normally follow after Chloe in using run-on sentences, but that was how ecstatic the blonde was.

Finally releasing her cling of death on the other female, Priya bounced around Natalie's room, blonde hair seeming to just stay hovered in the air with how quickly she kept bouncing. "Oohhh, I'm so excited! Where should we go first?" She calmed down enough to listen to the dark haired female, though didn't cease her bouncing.

When Priya had called Natalie the night before, the brunette had been in a terrible mood. She had just come from another encounter with that idiot Jadeite, or Alex as he seemed to be called in this lifetime, and he had gotten under her skin once again. It had been ridiculous to think that her past was coming back to haunt her, but Natalie was sure that she'd end up killing him again in this lifetime as well. It surprised her that Priya seemed to be getting along with the shitennou leader, even after everything that had happened. If Jadeite wanted to get into her good graces then he had a lot to make up for and Natalie was not going to make it easy on the blonde bane of her existence. The love for Jadeite that she had was still there, but there was no way that he'd easily worm his way into her heart a second time. No way.

So when Priya had called to speak to Natalie about nonsense, Natalie could only patiently listen to her best friend as she prattled on about an audition and whatnot. Natalie tried to be supportive, as she normally was, and wished her friend the best of luck before she hung up for the night. It didn't mean that she would have a good sleep, seeing as Jadeite haunted her dreams and caused the brunette to toss and turn whenever the opportunity struck. It was the reason why she had headed over to the shrine early in the morning to go do a fire reading. It had been months since the Galaxia defeat but Natalie had to be sure that this was it. She needed to know that Galaxia was gone and that nothing else would threaten their peace. She needed to make sure that the next step for them was Crystal London and that the royal wedding would be the last stressful event for a while.

Of course the reading didn't go as planned. The senshi of Mars had been shown nothing and she had left the fire room in frustration. She headed towards her room at the temple so she could change. That way she could change and then head on home for the rest of the day so that she could wait on Priya's call. She had just finished changing her clothes when she heard the banging on the door. The voice coming from the other side alerted her of whom it was, and it only seemed to drive Natalie crazy as she kept banging and insisting for the brunette to open the door. "Wait a damn minute!" Natalie roared, grabbing her shirt and tossing it over her head before she stomped over to the door. Once she slid it open she was surprised by the attack hug that she received from Priya, the brunette stumbling backwards a few feet from the sheer force.

It was moments like these when she couldn't stand Priya. The Venusian was too much like Chloe for Natalie's liking, and we all know how much Chloe drove her insane! Natalie returned the hug as best she could, all the while trying to congratulate the blonde for her accomplishment. The more reserved Marsian was relieved when Priya released her from her death hold, a demure smile on Natalie's face as she faced her friend. "That's awesome, Priya!" She exclaimed happily as she walked back towards the bed to sit down and pull on her heels. "What do you mean, where we should go first? Shouldn't you know this already? You're the brains of this entire operation." Natalie uttered as she slipped her feet into her black Jimmy choo pumps and stood up from her bed. "What did you have planned if you passed this audition anyway?"

Priya could absolutely not believe what was happening. Things were surreal by this point. One great thing was happening after another, and she really didn't want this to end. She couldn't ask for anything better at this point, and it took all her might to remember that this wasn't a dream. Well, that, along with several little bruises on her arm from where she pinched herself to make sure. Anyone who knew Priya knew that she was obsessed with being on the music scene. If not that, then being a volleyball star, but mostly doing music. The other girls were, in fact, subjected to little concerts here and there that Priya would perform, complete with microphone and costumes. It may've gotten on their nerves at some point, but she just couldn't help it. It was in her nature, just like being a senshi was. Was.

The blonde was so sure that their days as senshi were over, that she even put her transformation wand in her secret box of special things and put it in the back of her closet. There was no reason to keep it with her now, was there? The ultimate source of -- and the epitome of -- evil was Chaos, and thanks to Sailor Moon, it was defeated. Sure, she wouldn't have wanted to live without being a senshi, but it was about time for them to be able to breathe free without having to worry about what new threat could be after Chloe next. If there was anything about her that they had to worry about, it would be her walking into walls and tripping over shoelaces.

No, that was a lie. They now had the wedding and ascension of Endymion and Serenity to look forward to, and the coming of Crystal London. But they'd saved the future from the threats that plagued it, so now, even in Crystal London, she was sure that their work as senshi was done. Or, at least the fighting part of it. Things just had to be peaceful now, and she didn't even think to see if Natalie had seen anything in her trusty flames. Well, there wasn't a reason to ask anyway. Nothing was going to happen.

"I know, I know, I know!" Priya was used to Natalie's more reserved take on events. She rarely -- if ever -- exhibited the same amount of enthusiasm that Chloe and Priya could. Actually, the blonde wasn't sure if anyone could match how hyper the two could get. It was ironic when she thought about it. The same hyperness that Priya once became annoyed at was the same hyperness that she'd acquired soon after frequently hanging out with Chloe. It wasn't perpetual, as she knew when to be serious, but times like this, she couldn't help but to just let loose, even knowing that Natalie could get upset at her for it. But Priya didn't think she could really be blamed for it. This was a celebratory moment, after all.

Natalie's next statement halted Priya's bouncing, however, and the blonde blinked at her friend. "Ah..." What did she have planned? Priya put her hand to the back of her head, avoiding Natalie's gaze with a nervous laugh. "Well, you know, I thought we should just hang out and have fun." Wasn't that what they always did? Priya bounced over to a mirror, making sure her blonde bangs were smoothed down and her red bow straight before turning back to Natalie. "No, wait, here's what we should do. First, we should get a snack, because I was too nervous to eat anything this morning. And then, we should go shopping! And then to a club tonight! Ooh, if we're going to a club, can I borrow a pair of your heels? Wait, we can talk about that at the mall. Ohh, this is going to be so fun! Come on, let's go!" Priya giggled, bouncing back out the door before turning back to Natalie. "By the waaaay. How're you two? Giving him a hard time?" She questioned with a wink.

This peace was new to Natalie. She had been fighting evil since she was fourteen years old and now that everything seemed to be over Natalie was struggling with her identity. She had long since become accustomed to the fact that she was Sailor Mars and that was more important than anything else in the world. Now she was only Natalie Marshall, at least until Crystal London, and Natalie wasn't quite sure what to do with herself. She would have to find new hobbies and new things to do with her time. With the sudden inclusion of Alex in her life, however, things were proving to be more complicated. But surely that was a story for another day. Natalie was relishing the peace that had befallen London and she would do whatever possible to keep that peace. Perhaps it was time for the senshi to get what they deserved; time for the senshi to be able to relax after so many years of battles and hardships. It was time to live as normal civilians, as hard as that would prove to be.

Natalie had never been as hyper as Chloe and Priya so of course it made sense that they got on her nerves all the time. It was a mystery how a person like Priya could be her best friend. They were just so different from one another and surely their personalities clashed all of the time. Where Priya was loud, Natalie was more demure. Where Priya was so out there, Natalie was more reserved. Really, the list went on and on when you compared the two girls. It was like comparing apples to oranges and Natalie would never be able to pinpoint where in time this had happened. She had just clicked with Priya but perhaps it was because the senshi of Venus had a huge sense of duty that Natalie respected. Venus had shown up impressively in one of their battles but the minute she had shown her true colors, which resembled Chloe, the fiery senshi was not all that pleased. In any case, she and Priya had a weird friendship going on and Natalie didn't mind hanging out with the more expressive senshi one bit.

"Oh my god, calm down," Natalie stated with a roll of her eyes but there was a small smile on her lips as she said so. The woman was just too excited for her likes! It was as if Priya had gulped down an entire bag of sugar or something! As soon as Priya blanked on the so called plans that she had, Natalie laughed. Of course the woman wasn't prepared for something like this. How could Natalie think otherwise! The brunette shook her head in amusement as she turned so she could grab her purse. God, this was going to be a long day with Priya. She could already tell! Once Priya seemed to get a grip and began to rattle off what she wanted to do that day, Natalie could only nod and follow Priya towards the door. "Alright, all of that sounds good. We can go eat and then head on over to the mall." She would never oppose to something like that! Besides, if there was one thing that Natalie loved, it was shoes. Looking at shoes, trying on shoes, buying shoes: it didn't matter! Perhaps she would find a new expensive pair that she could charge to Mr. Marshall's credit card hehehehe.

But, her expression soon darkened when Priya mentioned him. Oh the subject of Jadeite, one that Natalie kept very close to the chest. "Don't talk to me about that idiot." Natalie said flippantly in regards to Alex, all the while wondering what he would be doing that evening. It was a complicated mess when it came to Jadeite. Natalie was known for being reserved and she forever would be, even in her relationships. Priya was her best friend but it wasn't like Natalie would openly discuss her situation with the shitennou with Priya. Natalie was not going to forgive him easily for the past but they were working on getting there. Natalie was giving him an incredibly hard time and she was not going to be friends with him any time soon. But if Alex was anything, he was persistent, and the shitennou of the East would not give up on her easily. He just wouldn't leave her alone! Wherever she went she somehow bumped into him. It would be a miracle if she didn't see him today! "Why don't you tell me about you and Kunzite instead."

Now that Sailor Venus was gone until Crystal London, it was back to being Priya Reynolds. While the other senshi may've been confused in their identities, it wasn't the case for Priya. Not anymore, at least. Being a senshi dominated her life before, but now that, that was no more, it opened up opportunities for her to try what she always wanted to do. And now that she was sure that she had that path laying in front of her, it was what she was going to pursue. She wasn't going to be just Priya Reynolds, former senshi that didn't know what to do with her life until Crystal London. She was going to be Priya Reynolds, rising popstar. It'd be something else to do with her life, something that she could devote herself to and keep busy with. Something that was beyond what destiny planned for her.

There was no way that one could expect Priya to just stay calm with what happened that morning. It was really a wonder that she hadn't just promptly dragged Natalie out to the first place she saw without letting the brunette get in a word otherwise. She was just so ecstatic, and probably the most she'd ever been in her life. She had several little red marks on her bicep from where she pinched herself to make sure that this all wasn't a dream. In fact... "Mind pinching me to make sure I'm not dreaming?" Priya held out her arm to Natalie before reconsidering a second later and retracting it. "No, it might hurt.. wait, go ahead. Quickly though. Pinch hard and fast!" She held her arm back out and turned her head away, squeezing her eyes shut in anticipation of the pain. At least the pain would jolt her eyes open. If Natalie was still there, then she would finally be thoroughly convinced that it wasn't a dream. Otherwise..she'd probably wake up and cry her eyes out. And then go back to see if she could get an audition and start it all over again.

"Oooooh!" Priya walked down the path to the sidewalk, before looking down both ways. Which way to go. Hm. That meant deciding which restaurant to go to first. Hm. Right then. The blonde smiled and pointed in that direction before walking again, assuming Natalie would follow. "Let's see.. You are still thoroughly upset at him for what happened in the silver millennium. And, of course, you're not one to just let people off the hook that easily, so you're making him work to get back in your good graces. But you were absolutely smitten with him in the silver millennium, if I recall correctly, so you probably will make plans with him, even if it does take plenty of begging by him to persuade you." She tapped her chin in thought. "Somewhere along those lines. I suppose I didn't have to ask after all~." Her giggle faded as Natalie brought up the other shitennou, and Priya looked down at her hands as a blush noticeably coloured her cheeks. "Ah, well.." She fiddled with the hem of her shirt as she thought on it. Unlike what she knew of Natalie, Priya had been willing to forgive him and easily give him another chance...so long as she didn't see grey eyes. The blush faded as she stared downwards. Both times that she'd faced him on opposite sides of the battle field, his eyes were a haunting grey colour that honestly frightened her. She'd gotten used to checking his eyes first to make sure that they were that light shade of blue that she loved.

"Aiden," she finally said, glancing up to Natalie with a small smile. "His name now is Aiden.. Aiden West. And.. he's a cop." Her face turned up in a slight frown before she dissolved into laughter. The laughter only lasted a few moments before she sobered up, the small smile back on her lips. "I've forgiven him.. I suppose it's crazy, since.. well, everything that he did, but.. I know it wasn't his choice..." Priya stared off absently ahead of her, lost in thought for several minutes until she finally came back to the present, shaking her head and looking at Natalie with a blank expression. "Did you say something?"

It still shocked Natalie, to this day, to know that they were all friends. They were such a different group of people and she'd never fathom how they all ended up guardians to princess Serenity. Priya you could understand considering how hyper she was. But Pandora, Andy and herself? How did they end up with such a task? She glanced over at the senshi of Venus as she requested to be pinched, the brunette rolling her eyes in exasperation at her friend. Would wonders ever cease with her? When the hell was she supposed to grow up? Natalie inched her hand closer as if to actually do the deed but then hesitated when Priya insisted that no, it could actually hurt. No, shit. Natalie grabbed the others arm and then pulled it towards her, using her fingers to pinch her skin, hard, just so she could learn her lesson. She chuckled to herself at her friend's reaction, feeling triumphant that she had pulled one over her. Now that it was out of the way, at least Priya's disbelief of today's happening, Natalie was happy to move along.

As they walked down towards the sidewalk, Natalie was silent. She was happy that her friend seemed to find some sort of direction in life. Now that they were all ready to live out their lives until Crystal London, it was only right that they try and find other things to do. Priya had always wanted to be a popstar. It had been her dream for as long as Natalie remembered. Now there seemed to be nothing standing in the way of her and her dreams. Natalie wished that they all found happiness in whatever they choose to do. Because once Crystal London arrived there was no telling where everyone would go from there. Natalie was uncertain about her own future. She didn't know what she wanted to do and who she wanted to be. She just knew that she just wanted to enjoy her life and the peace that seemed to be surrounding London for the moment before everything turned into chaos once more. As Priya pointed in the direction that she wanted to go in, Natalie nodded and began to follow her. She almost stumbled in her tracks as Priya began to speak about Natalie's so called thoughts about Jadeite and everything that had happened in the Silver Millennium.

Yes. It was true that she was furious with Jadeite about the silver millennium. Most of all, however, she was heartbroken. He had betrayed her in the worse possible way and a part of her could not forgive Jadeite for that, no matter if Beryl controlled him or not. It was a fact that Natalie's personality was not going to allow her to easily forgive him. Jadeite was going to work hard, absolutely hard, to earn her forgiveness. Hell, Alex was going to get a ton of shit. He had no idea what he was getting himself into with Natalie. It was foolish to try and hide feelings of love from the designated senshi of love but Natalie didn't give a shit. Whatever she felt for Jadeite was none of Priya's business. The way she chose to handle those feelings and the man behind them was none of Priya's business either. She would never openly admit anything to Priya so the Venusian was going to have to keep guessing if she wanted to know what Natalie's thought process was when it came to her own star crossed lover. "You can say whatever you want. The fact of the matter is that I hate him and I want nothing to do with him," she grumbled to Priya, unnerved that the blonde had pretty much been accurate with her depiction of Natalie and Alex.

When Priya corrected Natalie and stated that his name was Aiden, the brunette rolled her eyes. Whatever. Kunzite, Aiden, they were the same person. Just like Alex was still Jadeite no matter what he tried to tell her. Natalie wasn't surprised when Priya told her that she had forgiven Aiden. Or Kunzite. Whatever. She didn't expect her sisters to hold as big of a grudge as she did. She didn't expect them all to keep their lovers back. She had expected them to forgive the lot, and who better than the goddess of love? It would be ridiculous to think that Priya would allow her counterpart to live on Earth and not attempt anything with him. "How do you even know that for sure? There are still so many things we don't know about the silver millennium, Priya. We still don't know how Beryl had brainwashed Endymion's shitennou nor do we know the full story. Until we do, I don't want to hear any of their nonsense," she said irritatedly to her friend and then groaned loudly when Priya asked if she had said something. "Ugh, nothing. I didn't say anything!"

"Mhm, mhm," Priya giggled with a glance to Natalie. "This sounds like déjà vu, and we both know that you couldn't keep yourself away from him before." The blonde laughed, though she held up a hand in a signal of surrender. She wasn't going to continue on teasing Natalie with her oh-so obvious love for Jadeite...at the moment. There was no doubt that she would revisit the subject later when she decided to bombard Natalie with questions about them. She'd probably even hang outside the Martian's window and watch for when Jadeite showed up. It'd be interesting to watch how they interacted, as well as fun. Maybe she could convince the other girls to tag along as well. It'd be like a stakeout party! Stalking Mars and Jadeite, part one. She'd have no problem buying some munchies, and maybe she could get Andy to bake some of her amazing sweets for it. The devious grin on Priya's features was evident that she just thought up a plan to put in motion later, and it was one that she was definitely going to carry out one way or another.

While Priya hadn't heard Natalie's words concerning the shitennou, she had her own thoughts on the same subject. It was concerning to wonder just how the guys were able to be brainwashed. The blonde was sure that they wouldn't have sided with Beryl on their own, just because they were too loyal to Endymion. He loved Serenity, so they wouldn't have just betrayed him...right? Right. And surely Beryl had gotten to them before they remembered their past, so she was able to corrupt them then. Sure, there were details in there that she didn't know, but the main point was that she was just certain that they hadn't done it on their own will. Especially not Kunzite. That was what she was going to stick to, and as long as she didn't see that haunting grey. That was one thing she was positive she would never be able to ease her fear of.

That blank expression remained as she watched her brunette friend, vaguely wondering what she had said. Was it something about the shitennou? Ah, well. A small smirk crept on Priya's lips as she continued staring at Natalie. "We can go on a double date.." Priya giggled, bouncing once more, her previous solemn demeanor switching back to excitement. "You, me, and our two guys. Ooh, it'll be so fun. You know, there's this quaint little restaurant I saw on the way to the agency.. it looks pretty nice. We can go there! I wonder what they serve.. But it'll be fun! You can meet Kunzite--or, well, re-meet? But we can just have dinner and-- Oh! That place!"

Having spotted the first restaurant she'd mentioned as having wanting to stop at, Priya took hold of Natalie's wrist and hurried over to the pizza parlour, glancing around for a moment before deciding to take up one of the open tables in the outside area. She held off on continuing her plans until the waiter took their order and went back to pass it along to the cooks. "So, what do you think? A double dinner date.. it'd be so fun! Or should we go somewhere more fancy? We could get new outfits for that today as well! We're going to have to plan a group date too, so Chloe, Andy, and Dora can bring their guys as well. Where should we go for that though? The movies seem more reserved -- we could dress up for it, and then go out to dinner afterwards.. or we can spend the day at the amusement park and just have lunch together..."

Natalie glared at the woman besides her. "Shut the fuck up. That was then and this is now. I didn't know what kind of a jerk he was before. I'm much more prepared now." Or at least that was what Natalie tried to tell herself. Already she was finding herself charmed by this version of Jadeite and no matter where she went he was always around. It was inevitable that they run into one another with such high frequency. She didn't want to believe that they were destined, again, but it was getting harder to prove that. Natalie didn't want Priya to be right. She didn't want Priya to have that smug smirk on her face saying I told you so. No. She was going to stay away from Jadeite if it was the least thing she did. Even if she was going to be the only one without a lover then so be it. He was not going to worm his way into her heart again. Natalie would never forgive him for his betrayal and she would never trust him again. Jadeite had already screwed up once and she was not going to allow him that opportunity again. She didn't care what the so called goddess of love said!

Already she was getting annoyed with such an accusation. It was embarrassing to think that her so called 'love' of Jadeite was oh so obvious. Then again, what could escape Priya when it came to the matters of the heart. The woman could be extremely vapid but she couldn't be fooled when it came to the heart. Unfortunately. Still, it wasn't going to stop Natalie from denying every single part of it until her face turned blue. She would never admit any sort of affinity for Jadeite and that was. It was one of the reason's why her glare came out full force to Priya's next statement. "A double date? Are you out of your mind?! I don't even have a so called date in the first place. Second, why would I ever want to go on a double date with you?!" Even if she was dating Jadeite or anyone else, Natalie would have to be fucking crazy to submit to a double date with Priya and Kunzite: and it wasn't even Kunzite she was worried about in that scenario. Priya was crazy and she could only take her best friend's craziness and small doses or else she would drive Natalie nuts herself! "That's just an awful idea. We can skip this ridiculous double date thing and you and Aiden can go to that place alone!"

At least that was her thought before her wrist was grabbed and Priya commenced to drag her along. "Wait up!" She called out as she tried to halt Priya, being annoyed that she was dragged in her heels! Natalie was relieved when Priya let go of her arm, the brunette sighing heavily. God give her patience for today! Natalie sat down to take the break and then ordered a lemonade when the waiter came around to get their orders. A lemonade and then her meal. "Priya, I think you're out of your mind. The last thing you should be thinking about is a freaking double date. Or a group date to boot! One, everyone is not together. Need I remind you that Crispy has a girlfriend and her name is not Andy. Second of all, Dora is nowhere near ready to be in a relationship with Seth. Third, who the hell wants to sit and watch Chloe and Jackson be all lovey dovey with one another? And last, I fucking hate Alex and I wouldn't take him anywhere. So this grand idea of yours will never materialize!" This was the part of Priya's personality that was hopeless. The goddess of love and her idealisms about....love! "Why don't you and Chloe go on a double date since you're the ones with boyfriends!"

The smile-grin stayed stubbornly in place, even if her words had one of Natalie's infamous glares directed at her. Priya's expression became even more amused when Natalie referred to Jadeite as a jerk and that she was more prepared to handle him in this time than their previous time. Uh huh... Yeah, they'd see how that worked out for her. Though she didn't respond, Priya just knew that no matter how Natalie tried to deny it, she would end up with Jadeite some way or another. It was just fate, and it really was the least that fate could do for them. After all, destiny dictated that they had to spend their teenaged years fighting evil and dying practically every year of it. Now that there was nothing else to fight, why couldn't they have their lovers? Even that hot headed brunette. And Priya was sure that there was no one better for her friend than Jadeite. Then again, that was more the side of her that thoroughly believed in the fairy tale romances instead of the side that did say that, in fact, the two did have a love affair in their past lives.

"It doesn't have to be a double date then! Well, it would be, but still! It'd be so fun, we'd have such an amazing time!" It took everything Priya had to keep from bouncing in her seat like a young child anxious for dessert. That didn't mean that her other expressions didn't show. Her blue eyes were wide and glinting with excitement over the prospect of the inner senshi and their shitennou counterparts going on a group date. It'd be just too perfect to pass up. They didn't have to call it a date, per say, as a group outing would be fine. But it needed to happen, as it went back to what she thought about fate needing to give this to them. They all deserved happiness and love now, right? Granted, this was probably all stemming from, and being enhanced by, her enthusiasm about the day in general, but this was the self-proclaimed Goddess of Love, and when it came to matters like this, there was no way in hell she was going to back down without a fight.

The blonde let her head fall to the table at the end of Natalie's speech, ignoring the slight pain that met her forehead. Ugh, why did she have to be so logical? It would never cease to amaze how the two ended up as friends. Venus and Mars was one thing, as they were both serious about their duties, and Venus was generally more serious in her demeanor. Priya and Natalie? They were practically on different sides of the personality spectrum. The only explanation Priya could give would be that they balanced each other out. Where Natalie was more reserved, Priya was a prime example as to why hyper children shouldn't be given any sugar at all. But in any case, the brunette could be more flexible on this issue, even just a little.

"Okay, just a minor set-back," Priya lifted her head from the table while referring to the problems with Andy and Dora and their shitennou counterparts. "It doesn't have to be labeled a date then. It can be a group outing! Like a little, get to know you thing. It'll be fun, Nat!" She sighed dreamily as she stood, hands clenched in front of her chest. "I can just see it now -- it'll start off as an innocent day with friends and grow into something more. They may not see it now, but they'll eventually realise that they were meant for each other, and things will just fall into place." The blonde took to standing on her chair, striking poses to accompany her little narration of the romantic lives of the others.

"Leo'll realise that his little girlfriend isn't the one for him, and he'll run away, searching for Andy who'll be standing in the night rain, looking longingly up at the stars. And when he finds her, he'll take her hands in his and say-- The stars know all, and they've told me that you're the only one for me... And then they'll be together! And then, and then there'll be a day when Dora will be sitting somewhere, studying, and Seth'll come in and say-- You're like a dictionary; you add meaning to my life..." Priya sighed dreamily, sinking back down to sit in her chair. In her imagination, things just had to happen that perfectly, and she was sure that they would. They just had to.

"I'm already planning a double date with Chloe and Jackson, by the way," she murmured, still half gone in her fantasy world. It was several moments before she snapped back to reality and leaned forward, staring at Natalie with expectant puppy dog eyes. "Don't you want to come on a date with us? We don't have to call it a date, but it'll be fun! And you can dress up for it, and.. and.. I'll buy you a new pair of shoes for it and I'll even be on my best behaviour! Pleeeeeeease, Naaaaaaat?"

Natalie couldn't believe that Priya was insisting with this nonsense. It was utterly ridiculous to believe that she was in love with Alex or whatever, but she just didn't give a fuck about what Priya said. It was none of her business! The Venusian had no right to say anything about what was or what was not going on with Natalie and Alex. It was completely out of line and Natalie just didn't care for it. "It doesn't have to be anything! God! I don't want to go on a date with Alex and I do NOT want to go on a double date with you! What don't you understand?!" This was one of the frustrating parts of Priya's personality. She was so fucking dumb sometimes! Natalie had no idea how she had survived with both Priya and Chloe for sooooo long. They were both liable of driving her insane. The last thing she would ever want to do is be subjected to a double date. The thought alone made her cringe in discomfort. Natalie just didn't think it was a good idea even if she were dating Alex. She was much more private than the other senshi and she would have liked to have a couple of months alone with him before pushing him into the senshi group anyway.

Ugh.

She rolled her eyes as Priya explained that it was just a minor setback. Yeah, okay, whatever. It was more than just a minor setback. Her entire plan just didn't make any sense and Natalie was not about to force anything when it came to their group. The brunette sighed in exasperation as Priya continued to find ways to make excuses for this ridiculous farce. "I don't care what it's called: it's not happening. No date. No group outing. No meeting. Nothing! It won't be fun. It will be annoying because I want nothing to do with those shitennou traitors!" She said rather heatedly to her friend. Natalie was not going to forgive them so easily. She still hated them for what they had done and there was nothing more she wanted to do than to watch them all suffer. It was their fault that things ended up so badly back in the silver millennium and Jadeite's face would forever haunt her. "Oh give it up, Blondie," Natalie exclaimed when Priya began with her little storyline about how things would progress. No, it would not. Nothing would change! The more Priya went on, the more ridiculous the story became, and Natalie began to laugh once the rain story came out of her mouth. It all went downhill from there. "The stars? A dictionary?" She laughed harder trying to imagine Dora's face at the thought of Seth declaring some huge love for her. Yeah, that would go over well!

"You are absolutely out of your mind! I have no idea how you come up with this shit." Half of the stuff Priya said was just amazing. As she declared that she was already planning a double date with both Chloe and Jackson, Natalie rolled her eyes. Good. At least that would distract Priya from the other pseudo date that she tried to pull up for them. At least for a moment. It appeared that Priya was back on it. "Priya, no means no. I don't understand why you can't some things just be. What if the girls are not meant to be with the guys this time? Andy doesn't have to be with Crispy and Dora doesn't have to be with Seth. I sure as hell do not belong with Alex. Going on a group outing would be stupid. I can't stand them. I'm not going to subject myself to that when I don't have to. So please stop it already, okay? I'm glad you've found it inside of your heart to forgive but it's not that easy for the rest of us. I'm glad that you're happy Priya, really, but you need to let this dream go. I don't want anything to do with the shitennou so stop trying to get me to meet up with them." Natalie explained, hoping that her friend got the hint already. She looked up as the waiter brought their drinks and she took her lemonade to have a sip. "You should be more concerned with your popstar career than our love lives or lackthereof."

The first response that Natalie received from her speech was a drawn out whine that continued even as Priya let her head fall to the table a second time. If it hadn't affected her forehead before, her fair skin was sure to be reddened now. On one hand, all of what the brunette had said was true, and the blonde knew it...in that one miniscule part of her that still thought logically while the majority of her was far gone in her daydreams about love. Trying to have the senshi and shitennou going on a group date, outing, whatever, was essentially a recipe for disaster. Or homicide, probably homicide. Sure, she and Kunzite -- Aiden -- were in a relationship and doing fine, but the others weren't, and it was really much too soon to try to get them to let bygones be bygones and resume where they were before the end of the silver millennium. Such events were not so easily dismissed, and she knew all too well that the raven haired female across from her would be the main one to give the guys a hard time because of it. The blonde was sure that even Dora wouldn't be so quick to forgive them as she had. And even if they had, it wouldn't be so soon that they'd all be able to just go out on a friendly group date, Natalie especially. She was the most private of them all. It was a wonder that Priya had gotten away so many times with teasing her about her love life. Not that she was going to question it.

Priya tilted her head to the side as she stared at her pepsi that the waiter had brought -- more sugar to add on to her already high sugar levels. The blonde let out a sigh as she moved the cool glass over to press against her forehead. Not long after the day started and she already had a light bruise. Awesome. "Sure, sure," she mumbled in resignation. There was really no way she was going to win in trying to convince Natalie of her plans. Not that she didn't still believe them, but trying to verbally reason them with the brunette was futile. Unless...a smile tugged at her lips. Perhaps she could tell Aiden. The thought was gone almost as soon as it finished, along with the smile. No, there was no way he would agree to it. Everything seemed set against her and her matchmaking attempts, unfortunately. But she firmly held to that they had to be soulmates. After all, Chloe and Jackson came out okay, so why not them now? Priya lifted her head to look at Natalie, a distraught expression taking over her features. "But does this mean you won't come to my concerts if Aiden's there?"

Turning from her friend, Priya looked down at her drink, taking a sip of it before downing nearly all of it, just then realising how thirsty she was. "Owie, brain freeze..." She rubbed her temples, turning her gaze back to Natalie. "You do want to share, right? Let's get a large meat pizza, okay~? Ooh, have you had their cinnamon pastries? We can get a order of those too. But we shouldn't eat too much right now. Ah, we can get those to go; they aren't messy." Priya finished off her drink as she looked for the waiter to order their food. "You know what they said? They said that I could sign on with a manager in the next couple of days. Maybe I could start working on songs next week~." She turned back to Natalie. "What do you think of those songs I've written? You think they could be good enough to top charts?" She reached across the table to take hold of Natalie's hands with a serious expression. "You know I value your opinions, Natalie. I take everything you say to heart. So, that's why I ask you first...do.. do you really think I'll make it internationally?"

Natalie rolled her eyes when Priya began to whine. She should know by now that Natalie was very difficult to convince once her mind was made up. She explicitly stated that she didn't want to go on a date with Alex, or with the group in general, and that was that. Nothing was going to change her mind, not even the goddess of love herself. Natalie believed that she could handle her love life on her own. She hadn't needed Aurora's help in the past when it came to Jadeite and she clearly didn't need Priya's help now either. She was a woman that was capable of making her own decisions. If she wanted to speak with Alex she would. If she wanted to date Alex she would. If she wanted to fuck him, she would. Natalie had no issues being whom she was. It would take great patience for her to stop thinking about the past and forgive Alex, or Jadeite, for his crimes. Natalie would not deny that she was attracted to him. Jadeite had always caught her attention no matter the time period. However, she wasn't sure she could trust him and it would take a long time for him to gain her trust. Natalie was not a fool and he was not going to fool her a third time.

Still, her friend was pretty convinced that they all needed to meet up together in order to gell. Or mesh. Or whatever. Priya didn't seem to understand that none of this came easy for the rest of them. Just because it was simple for her to make up with Kunzite - Aiden - it didn't mean that everyone else would have the same luck. Natalie still wasn't convinced that the shitennou were on their side but she had to trust Priya on this one. She was the one that had decided to forgive Kunzite and reunite with him in this lifetime so the rest of them had to accept her decision and hope that she hadn't made the wrong one. As Priya finally succombed to Natalie's words, the brunette sighed in relief. She was pretty sure that this wouldn't be the end to Priya's plans about the senshi and shitennou but Natalie would have to take this defeat for now. She was sure that Priya was already planning her next move but at least it would give Natalie some time to breathe before she had to hear anymore of Priya's dumb ideas. Natalie glanced away from her friend at her question, unsure of how to answer it. She had no idea. She loathed the shitennou for what had occured in the past but could she condemn them for now? Most of her ire was towards Jadeite but not to be mistakened with the fact that she trusted the rest of them.

Priya was her best friend, however, and Natalie couldn't punish Priya for something that she hadn't done. "No. I would still come to your concerts even if he's there....I won't like it that he's there, but i'd never miss out just because of that," she assured her friend with a small smile. They were best friends and she'd be there for her friend no matter what. The girl laughed at Priya's next words and shook her head in amusement. Oh, she knew this girl would never change. "Yes, lets share a large pizza!" She knew that if Chloe were here that they'd need much more than that. Honestly, Natalie would never understand how Chloe could shove so much food in her mouth. She had begun to theorize that perhaps it was compensation for the energy the silver crystal used. Made sense, right?! Natalie leaned in a bit as Priya began to speak about a different subject now, one that she wasn't as familiar with but welcomed it more than the shitennou talk. "I don't have much of an opinion about your songs to be honest. I haven't really had the chance to listen to them or really read the lyrics....but...I absolutely think you can make it internationally! I mean, why not? You're beautiful and you have an amazing voice. What else could go wrong? You have charm and energy, and you are definitely charismatic. Why wouldn't you make it? They'd be a fool to not love you."
