appearance: Selna would have been classified as an emo in school, if she ever went to a public school that is. She has the classic pale skin that is graced by soleful eyes and fiery red hair. Her hair is naturally white, by some weird genetic in her family, and she has to dye it every morning, else the white shows through. Her hair is very long, and if let down from her wild hairstyles would reach to her bottom.

She artfully does her makeup in a way that expresses herself. Her mascara tones down her eyes, which to her seem almost too big and innocent. It is mostly glittery and vibrant, as she loves to show off her best qualities, the high cheekbones the big eyes and the slim shoulders. As to what she wears, if you look in Selna's closet its a lot of Victorian inspired clothing that can only be found online or in Hot Topic. Its a rare occasion to find her in normal clothes, and less attention getting makeup.

personality: Selna is your typical say what she means andstand outish type of person. She got her stubborness from her father and her gentleness from her mother. She wasn't always stand outish. When she was a little girl she was shy and introverted. One day she realized that this wasn't who she wanted to be in 20 years. She has a werid sense of humor for someone her age, seeming entirely childish, even though she hates dead baby jokes. No joke, its just a no with her.

Artistic really explains her well. She has a knack for music and drawing, although she loves music more than drawing. She believes that if she was passionate about it the world could somehow love it with her.It was how she was taught by her mother, who was a russian singer. Sometimes she can be a bit overdramatic but anyone who knows her has come to accept this in her, how else could she still have a few faithful friends.

She thinks that life should be lived to the fullest and ifanything ever changed in her life it would be the end of life as she knew it. Somehows shes been through quite a few of those, one that actually changed her own personality. I mean who could pull of being shy and introverted to being outgoing and easily seen. None other than a homeschooled girl who wanted to try one year in middle school. Turns out it haunts her to this day.

history: Even though Selna was born in Russia, doesn't mean she lived there. Her parents were excommunicated form the society because romurs went around that Selna was not the real daughter of Vladamir. She was only two years old before the village she lived in finally got enough and burned their house down. Vlad and Sofiya escaped with Selna and headed for America. It was pure coincidence that they ended up in Northwood. Selna was raised in a tiny house on the edge of town while her father tried to work his way to the top at a bank firm.

Selna never knew the reason why she was in America. She was russian, as her mother always taught her. Not only was she taught the history of America, but Russia too. She was taught Russian alphabet along side of american. Her father had kept losing jobs, and in order to gain american citizenship, he had to take a class and a test. When he passed and was officially an american, he had the family's last name changed to Glenn.

Even though they were running on low times, Selna's mother taught her, and she became a child prodigy in music, being sent to Juliard at the age of 12, one year after her middle school incident. She asked her mama to please let her begin middle school. There she was smitten with a high school football quarterback. However on a drunken night, at a noisy party, she was raped. No more shy girl. Life ended as she knew it. So she stayed home and studied music long and hard, not even bothering to go through a depressive phase.. There she studied classical pieces along with new upbeat ones. She graduated sometime later, in a degree for music. She then went to college and got a teaching degree. She came back to Northwood to visit her parents, but she became thrilled with it.

After the fast pace of life at Juliard she was ready to settle for quite life at Northwood. She applied to be a music teacher by coincidence. She heard in the local grocery that they desperately needed one, and it was what she loved to do.
