WELCOME
The town of Aphelion, now only ruins of what it once was, is a perfect picture of destruction. At the time of the explosion of one of the furnaces in the Nuclear Plant just outside the town limits, while some managed to escape the explosion, most were left behind, only to meet their death - if not a much more terrible fate. The few who survived found shelter underground and slowly started rebuilding their lives the best way they could. They knew, however, that they would forever bear the scars left in history by the day of the explosion, as would generations to come. Curious eyes of the occasional tourist are sometimes spotted, though never again outside the town limits. While some fight to break free, others enforce the policy that none should leave. Will you ally with them or will you be just another wandering eye in Aphelion?
