Lower Levels Of course you know the school is just a front for the mutant base the Institution actually is. The Danger Room, Cerebro, and the other X-men Facilities are located here in the basement levels. |

Inside the House Don't let the term "House" fool you. While not as big as the X Mansion, the Brotherhood hangout is fairly decent in size, housing it's fair share of rec. rooms, living areas, a kitchen, and much more. |

The Gym A non-technically advanced version of the Danger Room. While you won't find any holograms, there's still plenty of stuff to workout with and hone your skills. |

Outdoors Most of the Brotherhood property is surrounded by woods, with a lake towards the back. It is said that at night one can see more stars in the open grassy areas than anywhere else in town. |
