I'm expecting the original 5 to show up for this and there will be a proper post order which I'll try not to hyjack. Although there will be a little bit of scene moving stuff inbetween to get us to the site. Please sign up here or give me an excuse not to include you or offer your account for adoption
The premise as you might be aware is that there is a nuclear power plant that has all the hallmarks of a meltdown. The first to occur in the United States. I've alluded to it in a pretty big way with the newspaper account of the incident and now to make the story take place.
The Professor will be supervising and try to offer strategy and offer insight where possible. Being that this is a nuclear powerplant and not the local arcade, the teens won't be able to just walk in and so the Prof will need to stick around and apply the right amount of mind mojo for the illusion of them being there on official business to hold. Plus he'll be supplying the wheels.
Cyclops will be field leader, if there was any confusion and will co-ordinate efforts with the Prof.
Beast will need to be familiar with the working of a nuclear power plant. A bit of light reading and schematics of the plant, which Xavier could easily instill in his learned brain once he got hold of them.
Iceman will be required to facilitate a safe cool environment for the over loaded cooling rods and stop any possible burn through of a released large quantities of radioactive material into the environment no easy task as moisture will begin to become in short supply
Marvel Girl will be required to utilize surgery like precision of her telikinetic abilities in the event of removing damaged fuel rods or assembly of the reactor.
Angel will be required to scout for the reactor technicians and any possible injured or irradiated persons and deliver them to safety.
There will be twists and turns along the way but that is the general overview. If you have more to add, I emplore you to do so. Everyone is to have a function within this mission and they may and will cross over.
