Xbox 360 Unlimited Terms of Service, Use, and Notices

1. Accepting The Terms Of Service & Use

This is an agreement ("Agreement") between you and Xbox 360 Unlimited. When you registered you automatally accepted these terms.

2. Modification Of These Terms

Xbox 360 Unlimited reserves the right to modify any and all terms and conditions set forth within this document. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing this document, and by continued usage of any Xbox 360 Unlimited services or products, signify acceptance and agreement to such changes.

3. Additional Terms

Xbox 360 Unlimited contains additional terms (for example, forum conduct rules and guidelines) that further dictate procedures. By accepting the terms stated within this document, you agree also to abide by rules and guidelines for conduct as stated elsewhere on Xbox 360 Unlimited.

4. Content

All content posted on Xbox 360 Unlimited including (but not limited to) Reviews, Cheats, and News are the sole property of the respective creator and Xbox 360 Unlimited. Redistribution of such items is strictly prohibited without express permission from an Xbox 360 Unlimited Administrator and/or the content's creator. Every cheat or news has a Sorce, people who post news MUST give there sorce.

4.1 Prohibited Content

You may not post, upload, link to, or e-mail any content that contains, promotes, instructs about, or provides prohibited content of the like listed below:

1. Content that infringes upon any rights [ex. MP3s and ROMs] (including, but not limited to, copyrights and trademarks)
2. Abusive, threatening, defamatory, racist, or obscene
3. Viruses or any other harmful computer software
4. False Information or libel
5. Spam, chain letters, or Pyramid schemes
6. Gambling or Illicit drugs
7. Terrorism
8. Hacking or cheating for internet/online games
9. Warez, Roms, CD-Keys, Cracks, Passwords, or Serial Numbers
10. Pornography, nudity, or sexual material of any kind
11. Excessive profanity
12. Invasive of privacy or impersonation of any person/entity
13. Hacking materials or information.


5. User Accounts

Each user is responsible for any and all activity performed on their account. The sharing of accounts is highly discouraged, and each user is advised to keep their account secure by following the advice.

5.1. Username Changes

Users are permitted to request a username change here if in accordance with the following guidelines:

Members

* You must have at least 150 posts
* You must have a 10% or less warn level.
* You must be a member for 2 months (per the join date in your profile)
* The New name must abide by our Terms Of Service.
* You must wait an additional 4 year before you can request another name change.

Staff

* You are entitled to 1 name change when you become staff, no restrictions
* You are allowed 1 non-real name change every 6 months (EG deathawaits1200 --> intimidator is considered a "non-real" name change")
* If you want to change your username to your real name, there is no restriction on time, however you must wait 6 months from that time to have another change made.


5.2. Multiple Accounts

a) The use of multiple accounts to bypass punishments such as, but not limited to, posting restrictions, suspension, or bans is strictly prohibited and in such cases Xbox 360 Unlimited reserves the right to ban the new account(s) created.

b) The use of multiple active accounts on Xbox 360 Unlimited at any given time is prohibited, and will result in punishment upon discovery of such actions.

6. Advertising

Advertising of any sort on Xbox 360 Unlimited is strictly unallowed. Advertising found in any of our areas of the board is permissable to be removed by the Xbox 360 Unlimited Staff.

7. Punishment

When in breach of any terms stated within this document, or elsewhere on the board, Xbox 360 Unlimited reserves the right to deliver any of the following actions as listed below:

* Verbal Warning - No Action Taken
* Formal Warning - Warn Level Raised 10% (Per Warn)
* Mod Queue
* Suspension
* Ban

Listed in order of severity, with the final one being most severe

8. General Notice

Please remember that we are not responsible for any messages posted. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy or completeness/usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the contents of any message. The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of this BB. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately through the Confidential Feedback Form. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so within a reasonable time frame if we determine that removal is necessary. You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this BB to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise in violation of any law.
