Forum Rules:
1) Do not spam (defined as pointless posting). If this rule is broken, a punishment of 2 warn units per occasion will be given. 2) Do not flame (defined as intentionally insulting). The moderator reading the post will decide upon the warn that shall be given depending on the amount of offense given. 3) Do not troll (defined as intentionally provoking an angry response). The moderator reading the post will decide upon the warn that shall be given. 4) Do not post any inappropriate and/or sexual material, If this rule is broken, a punishment of 18 warn units will be given. 5) Do not hack or plant viruses. If this rule is broken, a punishment depending on the situation will be given. 6) Do not create multiple accounts. Upon the first offense, the account will be removed. Each following offense will result in the removal of the extra account and 2% warn (or more) to the main account. (Note: If a member cannot get into his/her original account because of a hack, virus, or lack of password (not because of an IP ban) then he/she will not be warned and his/her extra account will not be removed.) 7) Do not attempt to gain votes with numerous accounts. If this rule is broken, a punishment of 8 warn units per occasion discovered will be given. 8) Do not post illegal material or links to illegal material. If this rule is broken, a punishment of 4 or more warn units per occasion will be given, depending on the situation. (The following rule only applies to administrators and moderators.) 9) Do not abuse your power. If this rule is broken, a punishment depending on the situation will be given. ---------------------------------- Notes: 1) If an action is not against these rules directly, but a moderator or administrator feels that the action yields punishment, then the admin/mod may take action if necessary. 2) An amendment (defined as creating a new rule, abolishing an existing rule, or changing an existing rule) to the rules must receive a majority vote from all members who voted in order to be passed. An Amendment poll may be set up by any member, and can be voted upon by any member. (No member shall have more votes than any other member.) (If there is a tie, the deciding vote will be made by the founder.) 3) If a member has been punished, and he/she feel that the punishment was unjust, they can contest the action by contacting any administrator via PM or e-mail. (The e-mail addresses are as follows: JeanLuigi-BlueCanary9999@gmail.com, Nitro7-whitelightningclan@gmail.com, zell1228-trunksbattle126@aol.com.) (Note: A Lieutenant Administrator can not contest a decision to him/herself.) 4) If a member has 20 warn units, that member will be banned. 5) Warn units cannot be removed. If the time is right, however, negative warns can be given, thus decreasing the warn. Helping other members, the staff, or the clan as a whole will be rewarded with a negative warn unit. However, in no other manner may warns be removed.
