What happened: Bludger escaped from the Gryffindor Quidditch Team's practice and went on a rampage inside the school

Who was involved: Teddy Lupin, 6th years in DADA
What happened: Lupin's wand escaped from his control, attacking him and his 6th year class

Accident 3 - CompleteWhen and where: 3rd Saturday of October, mid morning, castle wide
Who was involved: Everyone who was out of their common rooms
What happened: The suits of armor came to life

Accident 4 - CompleteWhen and where: Halloween 2021, evening until midnight, Sublevels
Who was involved: All 7th years, anyone wandering the sublevels and dungeons (includes Hufflepuff and Slytherin common rooms/dorms)
What happened: Rooms in the sublevels and dungeons moved, 7th years playing hide and seek wound up stuck together

What happened: Several wands lost control of weather spells, filling the Charms classroom with snow, ice, and various types of storms which bled out into the corridor
