I USED TO BE INTO ALOT OF BODYBUILDING. THEN GOT INTO POWERLIFTING. NOW IM NOT TRYING TO COMPETE ANY MORE JUST WORKING OUT TO PUSH MY LIMITS A LITTLE. A DO A LOT OF MARTIAL ARTS TRAINING NOW. AND LOVE THE CROSSFIT STUFF.
