Does anyone else ever see spots when they train really hard somtimes??? I do. But why???

Yeah, on the really heavy sets...I think it's a blood pressure thing...so long as it clears up quick I wouldn't worry...

Basically, BigDs right, it's blood pressure. When you bear down (the Valsalva manoeuvre) on the weight, you are constricting blood flow to a certain degree. This has the knock-on effect that there isn's quite enought blood to the brain/head/eyes, which results in temporarily impaired vision.
Not sure how to counter this TBH, but I suggest you rack the weight and then take plenty of rest between sets.
