Lets do an advent calendar of :santa: workouts!

No, thats a sudden brainstorm...

:santa: The 12 Exercises of Xmas! :santa:

On the first day of :santa: my Schwinners made me do...

A pull up on a pear tree.


On the twelvth day of :santa: my Schwinner's made me do

12 more burpees
Eleven Power overs
Ten squats with leaping
Nine dumbell snatches
Eight dumbell swings
Seven Diamond pushups
Six Handstand pushups
Five Gold Burpees!
Four sprinting shuttles
Three clap push ups
Two Pistols per leg
and a pull up on a pear tree
