Strange morning, started out with 40kg on the bar then started getting real pain in my left wrist when the bar was in the rack position, decided to stop there not risking further pain and move on to something else - just thought I'd see how my wrist was going with the bar work... not good so f-ck it!

Conditioning
Bike ride..

8 mile to work fairly down hill
8 mile back different route up and down with some very steep inclines

--
Notes
Well that sucked.. went out, pretty much no wind or rain, 5 mins in pissing down with rain and howling winds, got completely soaked and my legs were burning by the time I got to work. On the way home it was pain all the way *lots of swearing too* but a good mental test, not normally my usual conditioning being longer distance but did it fast and hard so shows it carries over!

What kind of job do you have that lets you show up soaked? Or did you have a shower/change of clothes available @ work? I used to run to work every now and then...had to plan ahead and have a change of work clothes/shower stuff there already...

Conditioning
Modified 'Work capacity 101'

Notes
Shouldering was good fun, first time I've done it for 1RM weight.. thats gonna be useful. Deadlifting using the sandbag was just really playing around, could go quite a bit heavier taped up handles and held strong. My modified WC101 sucked big time.. was steaming like mad after and lying panting haha.
