Trespassing

Cougarpaw quickly crossed the scent line into thunderclan territory. It had been nearly two days since he left his farmland home in search of prey and shelter, however so far his journey seemed to be more trouble then it was worth. He had narrowly avoided the windclan camp, and almost had a run in with the riverclan patrol. He wondered what surprises could lie within the boarders of thunderclan...

Saberclaw pricked his ears. He had recently been prowling around for no reason but a scent had quickly made its way towards him. He couldn't recogniz it as any clan nor any intruder he'd know which left him slightly crestfallen but none the less, furious.
Silently the tom prowled his way towards the scent in a hunting position. He halted just behind a tangle of brambles, ears pricked, and his single green eye glaring ahead of him. The cat looked older than an apprentice but not as old as a senior warrior.
I'll show this intruder who rules over this place, he thought to himself.
He launched himself out of his hiding spot and in front of the cat. "What are you doing on my territory?" he snarled. "Obviously you have no reason to be here and if your looking for any traitorclan cats than obviously your looking in the wrong spot, loner!" he hissed, fur bristling. He bared his teeth at the cat and waited for the loner to reply.

Cougarpaw looked over the other cat... He looked strong and sleek, cougarpaw new there was no way he could defeat him in battle. Another thing disturbed him. This cat did not smell of any clan he remembered, except perhaps a hint of shadowclan... What was a rogue doing on thunderclan territory? Still that was not important now, he had to do whatever he could to avoid a battle. Perhaps he could talk his way out?It was unlikely but worth a try anyways. Besides he was curious. What was this Traitorclan he spoke of?... "What do you mean Traitorclan?" he asked, trying to keep his cool...

"What are you a kittypet or loner?" Saberclaw sneered. He shook his head. "Thunderclan is now Traitorclan and I now own every mouse-length of this territory," he snarled edging closer. His ears were flattened to his skull and his tail lashed back and forth.
Saberclaw paused for a moment. "Perhaps you could join me. After all it would be amusing to have someone else rule beside me," he said though there was a faint trace of sorrow in his green eye. It disappeared in a blink. "As you can plainly see, I've battled my entire life and I battled my way into this territory," he growled.

"Traitor clan?" meowed cougarpaw "much has changed since ive been away."
Cougarpaw looked over his options... what would happen if he joined this cat? And if he refused? He'd surely be killed. It seemed wrong to stand by as rogues took over his old clan... but the prospect of ruling, or at least partially ruling under this cat... "Very well, i accept your offer"

"Ah you do then? Alright but first you must prove you are worthy of ruling," he said. There was a trace of trickery in his eye. "You must kill a cat and you must fight me. Choose which you'd like to do first," he growled. "With every move you make, there's a price to pay," he hissed.

ooc: sorry to interupt this lovely party but.....I am lost in confusion. DID THUNDERCLAN GET TAKEN OVER BY ROUGES OR NOT? If it did why are people still around the camp ext.? :end of ooc

Ooc: Yarrowpaw, an announcement was made by Goldenstar about the takeover and there were also topics on it. An announcement will be made again once it is regained again. Any topics of Thunderclanners could be made before the takeover.

Cougarpaws eyes widened. Killing other cats was against the warrior code unless it was absolutly neccesary. He needed some time to think about this.

"As you can see, I'm in no condition to fight or kill, i need fresh kill and rest" he meowed, trying to keep his cool...
