the full moon is out
The full moon congregation is the only neutral ground in which rogue wolves may approach the Wulfschild pack. While most use it as a chance to socialize, it is also a way to seek acceptance into the pack. traditionally, this is the best opportunity. Here the upper council of the pack will discuss any new laws or adjustments to the traditions, and accept new members or comment upon new arrivals on the island. It is meant to establish and remind all of the order within the werewolf pack and also the order within nature. Festivities include dancing and music. young werewolves playing juvenile games of tag and wrestling and bonfire storytelling. There are also announcements and food is served, though most save their appetite for later. Most of these things will be done prior to 10pm and afterwards a grand pack hunt will takes place amongst the adults. the younger crowds often have their separate hunt - or lazy around like typical juveniles. if they decide to hunt it's normally unsupervised.
