werewolves originated from an island located in the english channels where a nomadic tribe of humans traveled to the island to plant crops and stay through the early summer. after a strange incident involving the wolves on the island, and a sacrificial ceremony, on the night of the next full moon the entire tribe transformed into werewolves. the island, wulfschild, was named so due to the belief that humans were children of the wolves. while this spiritual belief no longer exists among humans, it remains at the basis of the werewolf pack.

It's the summer of 1940 and Wulfschild is the first island in the English Channel Islands to be invaded and occupied by Germany after several months of conflict. Life in Wulfschild has changed. the Germans give rewards to informants who report on any supporters of the slow building resistance. You can barely trust your own neighbors. islanders hide behind the history of the island, reverting back to their old language to fool the invaders and emphasizing the folklore surrounding the community. where do you belong amongst it all? will you keep your head down? fight against the invaders? are you the enemy?
