I'll actually be in Montreal this weekend. Might as well go see a football match with you fellas. Oh, and I appear to have tickets. It'd be a damn shame for these to go to waste. |

At least the MLS recognizes that THIS is the rivalry for Toronto FC and not that manufactured Columbus one.
http://www.mlssoccer.com/news/article/2012...iercest-rivalry Rivalries are organically and naturally positioned not economically-politically created.........do you hear that Paul ???????? Damn, I even have to look at a map every time they mention the Trillium Cup just to find out where that shithole is located. Fuck Montréal....... |

So I just got to the designated parking lot next to the cheese stadium, and there's nobody here (except for several hundred parents with their toddlers ready to go to some event at the biodome.)
Wheres everyone meeting up? |

Terrible giveaway by Dunfield.
I'm watching Johnson closer but I'm still not being convinced that he's an AM. As CEO has said, he's good at running the ball to the touchline, but really, I don't know what good that really does. Where is Silva or Avila? This post has been edited by Milky on Apr 7 2012, 11:32 AM |

Still, Dunfield should have been able to control that. He showed no urgency. |

Dunfield put DJG into trouble with his initial pass, then JDG gave him a decent pass back...fully Dunfields error. But also Kocic had poor positioning, he was way too far out of his net for no good reason. Johnson is doing well, as is Soolsma. RJ is doing well holding the ball up in midfield and wings, but isnt getting much help from Plata, who is losing the ball alot. I think We will see Avila and Lambe second half. But overall a really hideously ugly match so far. I cant stand watching games on plastic, there is no fluency to the game, and montreal is just lobbing long balls down the field. Ugh, no sense of posession. Just hope we can nick a goal and get out of there with a result. Not really impressed with Montreal, we should be able to get a goal with a little luck. |

To be fair, Montreal are pretty quick on the counter too. But their defence can certainly be got at, even if Ricketts is a beast. |

Alright, Silva coming on. Now it's your turn CEO. Watch how Silva pulls the strings in attack. Johnson's natural inclination is to play along the perimeter. He's just not well suited to being an attacking midfielder.

Agree......Johnson is not a AMC but versatile left (first) then right Attacking midfielder. Silva is a true AMC. |
