Mark Anthony Richardson Jr., 21, would allegedly seek babysitters on Craigslist, then act severely autistic to get attention. Richardson's last babysitter became suspicious after he stayed repeatedly at her family's home in September.

He apparently called and said he needed a sitter for his autistic son and then showed up wearing a soiled diaper. He also came with a backpack with diapers, ointment, a bottle and a pacifier.

Richardson was charged in October with a felony count of sexual battery and seven misdemeanor counts of outraging public decency.

Last week, a judge scheduled his preliminary hearing for January 5, 2011.

Apparently the straw that broke the camels back was when a woman was changing his diaper, he reached up and touched her 18 year old daughters breast.

One question, one observation:

1. Is this the actual explanation of How I met your Mother?

2. Although I have never heard of the offense of "outraging public decency", it strikes me as being entirely appropriate in this case.
