Gogol Bordello tonight. Anyone want 3 tickets? No reasonable offer refused. They cost me 35 each. Yesterday was enough of a celebration.

I'm gonna try and make it for 7pm tomorrow to see No Use/Good Riddance/BR. Maybe hit up Jack Astors rooftop patio and hopefully listen to tunes and have some pints. |

A very tragic incident has occurred at Downsview Park ahead of the scheduled Radiohead show tonight...I'm sure everyone here will echoe my sentiment, that our thoughts go out to the families of those injured and the family of the deceased

I saw the Hip on Sunday with Death Cab For Cutie, New Pornographers and Rural Alberta Advantage at Burl's Creek in Oro. I was extremely disappointed with the whole setup. They had you in a cage if you wanted to drink, by the back of the venue surrounded by a solid 10 foot fence. We just passed a law last year that was designed to allow people to walk around events/festivals freely with booze. Did I mention there were no washrooms in the beer garden?
It was run more like a carnival than a concert. Ill stop myself there and say it was really shitty compared to last year, when they had it at Downsview. |
