YOU PERVERT!
Now that we got that out of the way, my wee baby brother is getting married on June 1st and as a result I will have a handful of barely legal, and underage teen cousins on my hand on Saturday June 2nd. They're from Ottawa, they apparently all have fake ID's and want to party. I feel old. What's good on Saturday nights? Clintons (Holla, Holly!), the Piston (Holla Craigslist and Mustache!), Dance Cave? I need to take them out, get them drunk and show them that Toronto is way cooler than Hull. Please help me be a cool and relevant cousin. Lol @ me. |

What kind of music do they like? My vote would be for Clinton's, if they like that kind of music. |

Lol ok now they want karoeke. Recommendations?
BTW you're all invited, there's no TFC so it's not like you have anything better to do. Does the duke ever do karoeke when we're not there? |

Karoeke? Do you even need a fake ID for that?
Take them to Dance Cave, usually has lots of "sing along" songs and oodles of other under-aged people drinking on the semi-cheap. |

Blah, Dance Cave. Don't take them there. Perhaps this will help? Edit: It's not our Duke, but I think it's fate: The Duke If in Leslieville on some dusking Saturday, consider stopping by the Duke. Though pub grub and pints are aplenty, the commodity to get in on is the karaoke. This is the only East-end entry, so you know it’s good. The century-old inn no longer operates, but raise a glass to history and whistle for the oaf singing Journey. :campione: :campione: This post has been edited by Mel on May 22 2012, 09:17 PM |

Above Clintons is a place called XO Karaoke. A lot of people tend to go there and then come to Clintons, or go to Clintons first, get hammered and dance, and then go up to XO and sing. :campione: |

Are you actually recommending the Duke to teenagers?? WTF is wrong with you. The Duke is the bar in Leslieville you go to drink at if the beer store is closed and you don't have enough money to afford a pint even at Strats. Jesus, they aren't broken down and depressed 40 year olds, we're talking about teenagers here. |

Haha, I meant no disrespect. The Duke is just one depressing fucking bar, the only under 30's I've seen there have been trashier than the exit crowd of an ICP concert in Mississippi. Edit: I mean they painted over their JOHN WAYNE mural after a dude got shot outside and the blood splatter got all over the poor fella. And I'm sure it much safer now... Kyle & Bailey's Excellent Duke Adventure. It's a hole. And not a good hole. A bad hole. -Rod |
