2 years left on the contract. He's not being sold in England. Do you follow Arsenal? Look at Wenger's signings over his career. At what point do you think he'd sign Rooney? |

I fail to see how him having 2 years left means he cant be sold in England... Wenger has been restricting spending since move to the stadium...but he has been slowly increasing spending on transfers now that the debt is paid down, and I think that will continue over the next couple of years with the new sponsorship deals. |

I was explaining to the chick the other day how this man's twilight years have changed him. He's a whole different entity these days, no doubt. He's found a number of ways to endear himself to me lately (retiring being a HUGE one :lol: ) and I can't help but feel unconfrtable with it sometimes. But when he says things like this, I can't help but like him a bit.
