The new pact between Ryerson and Loblaw Co. Ltd., owner of the site, includes plans for the long-dormant rink to become a new athletic facility for the space-starved campus, which will share the building with the grocery chain. In related news , Argos owners Howard Sokolowski and David Cynamon are looking into the concept of moving out of the cavernous Rogers Centre and into the much smaller and more intimate confines of Maple Leaf Gardens .
