How? I have a DSLR camera, it sucks he cant get a student loan, I'd buy the kit.

See, I don't really think you've figured this out - but the vast majority of the people that post here are friends in real life. That means that we hang out and occasionally do non-TFC related things. We give a shit about what happens to each other, good and bad - and when one of us is going through some shit, his friends don't line up to pick the carcass. You are not a friend, you're an opportunist (and a hypocrite, see: your comments on scalpers), and that's why you're an asshole.

He is a kid.

He'll eventually learn.... hopefully.
