it is within 5min of one of our four highways

it is Tuesday or Thursday

Not trying to be a 'shit disturber', but it would be easier for people to commit if they knew more details.

'Near' a subway station could refer to (for example) Kipling, Kennedy or Sheppard, none of which are even remotely close to each other.

And by the four highways, are referring to the 401, QEW, 427, 410, 400, 409, or 407? :P

407 is not in Toronto, and 409 (at 6kms) I didn't consider major, but I understand what you say. Unfortunately, the only way we can do it is if people say "I'm in no mater' because we can't get a gym unless we know we'll have the numbers. From a second year on, it will be easy because we will have a place, but to begin something new, some faith and commitment is needed. This cart before the horse of 'where and when' will never be resolved until some people step up. Its not ideal I know but tis the way it is. Basicaly, do people want it (then they will find a way to accomodate the eventual local) or they don't (or when its decided they realise its just not possible - which is cool).


Though, I doubt we will be able to get this going, I'll hold faith till the end.

I extended the deadline to this coming Sunday, but I feel this idea is likley dead in the water. A shame that. :(

It may not be too late to get 8-10 guys to form a team and join an indoor league. At least it would be a start.

So....I coulda swore I responded in this thread. But I'm down for the team, as long as the place is accesible by TTC.
