Yes please, in for whenever. June 16 then mainland for the 8.30 kick off?

Definitely in, please don't make it June 2nd.

north york - May 22, 2012 04:33 PM (GMT)
I'll be away with the girlfriend form June 25th to July 9th and we'd love to head to the islands with everybody so any position away from that would be excellent.

What's the deal with the island and BBQ's, presumably charcoal only?

High Park could work too. Or that park off Broadview on the Don Valley. Nice and close to the Duke.

Riverdale Park East. We would need to take our own bbq. It is convenient to the Duke. High Park is also an excellent location, preferable to the Island--I don't really fancy a long journey between grilling and footy.

What about that big park at the end of Strachan (Coronation Park)?

north york - May 29, 2012 01:38 AM (GMT)
I'm a beach bum and unless you look bad in a bathing suit you should be too :P

I've bbq'd and drank at the islands many a time. One thing we should do is have a bbq at Scanlon's out in Scarborough and then hit Bluffs Beach, which is Toronto's best kept secret in my books.

CGNH666 - June 28, 2012 06:39 PM (GMT)
ANYONE INTERESTED IN GOING ON MONDAY?

Great idea! Scanlon has a Green Egg type ceramic smoker/grill. Thanks Mark. When Should we all show up?
