I think it would be terrible if this thread degenerated into people posting pictures of hot Cuban women.

Just horrible.

Cuba All-Inclusive with U-Sector?!

I'm certain someone would get left behind.

And yes, I'd be interested in looking into this. I've always wanted to go to Cuba. And if it's in June, it's off-peak, which means cheap.

Yes Rod. The game is on the coldest day in February 2012.

Just pay me in cash.

I'd love to go, but my government likes to dictate where I can and cannot go on vacation.

dbailey62 - November 16, 2011 06:04 PM (GMT)

garbuckle - November 16, 2011 06:18 PM (GMT)
I am so torn... I absolutely HATE hot weather, and had vowed never to go that far south (regardless of the season).

But damn... a plane of USector would be undescribeable!

ThisIsAnfield - November 16, 2011 06:55 PM (GMT)
I'm probably stating the obvious here, but I'd likely be in for this and would have a team with me as usual.

Richie in Cuba? Body Count's in the house!

BFQ - November 17, 2011 06:42 AM (GMT)
The game is the day after my birthday. Only problem is I'm using a lot of vacation days in the spring.

Canada trip to Cuba or March Madness roadtrip of 16 games in 6 days in 3 cities?

March madness will happen again the next year.

USector in an all inclusive?

swiss76 - November 17, 2011 03:04 PM (GMT)
i really wish the game would be in feb or march.....June in Cuba is going to be fn hot for us fat boys! i been there 6times (4x in varedero) and the people and country are just amazing----food so-so but the drinks are  ...FYI locals are now allowed to stay at the all inclusive hotels and this might not be that off season for them...just saying the hotels may actually be busier than we think....then again not to many would be traveling from here at that time of year... if the price is right i would think about it!

How exactly does triple occupancy work?

Looks really great and I'm still in, but with all of the travel I'm doing next year I think I'll have to wait until closer to to find something cheaper. I was budgeting closer to $700 than $1205 for this. :(

Any chance Sunwing or other airlines were tried? AC always seems to be the most expensive everytime I try to arrange travel like this.

I have only done the triple occupancy once and they basically brought in a cod for the extra person...but i assume 3 single beds? we ended up rotating every night who slept in the cod...whoever was most drunk got left on it..hehehehhe

also mike usually a guided tour to havana is about 100bucks per person for the day..i agree not the cheapest but all things considered not that bad at all.. you do get lots of extras...lol i think a 4day trip would be enough for me in that damn heat though,,,..

its so tempting but man i still want to go to L.A too

Well, according to the flyer, it’s a paltry extra $25 for a 2-person room or $50 to get a room all to yourself. Not sure that sounds right, but that’s what it says!

I would guess that should read "per night".

I'm not sleeping in a fish.

But price and heatstroke means I'm pretty much out :(

Hey,
I just booked for Panama game. Does anyone know if I can get tickets in advance?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

I like the sound of the payment plan, though I won't have the budget together for the Dec 1 deadline for securing spots.

Is there a cutoff deadline for this deal?

There is no cutoff for the deal as a whole..... I think the 'deadline' is for the payment plan.

I will find out more details tomorrow.
