As of now, Michael Falkner will be filling in the role of Executive Officer, following Jacob Orley's resignation. This is a full month too late, and I'm sure not a one of you thought that things would pick back up. This seems to happen too often. I've done nothing to earn your belief in me as a Captain, and that bothers me terribly.
