Depending on rank, a character is paid, and depending on their occupation. You must reply to this thread in order for your character to receive their money. Simply reply with
And then you can go spend it. Spending marks will work simply as you must reply in one of the vending threads post (Do not start your own money exchange bargaining thread. It may get lost and nobody wants that to happen. Bargaining will be all at once.)
Post at the top of your reply to the vending stall what you'd like to buy, and how much, and then play your character actually getting the item. An admin will reply with the APC vendor and give you the item and then the money will be reduced from your character's account here.
If you'd like for your character to donate marks to the rebellion, reply with a simple, added on,
to what you've already got. That's easy enough.
Money to be spent by the rebels will be handled by rebel characters, but they can get the money through Sa'tis. There will be a thread for this as well, and he or another sinrider is likely to hound that character into buying worthwhile items.

However, seeing as we're nice admins, if you have an item you want your character to get and they don't have quite enough money, we'll happily give it to your character anyway by letting them haggle with the vendors
If they're nowhere near close and the item is worthwhile, we'll pretend they are. Someone will miscount...or something.
This means that all users get an extra, unregistered 15 marks to do with as they see fit. You can give it all to one character (perhaps a rich one), or you can divide it up into smaller portions so everyone has more. Feel free to enjoy that extra.
