The heel is a tricky thing, I mean I have rarely seen anyone NOT lift the heel in a real fight, be it point or full contact.
Of course some TCMA are more rigid on the heel thing, but then again, they don't fight bare footed.
In boxing its almost a "non issue", even the "flat footed' fighters well raise the heel on the rear handed power shots.
Again, there is no reason, biomechanically, to NOT raise the heel and there are a few Pros towards raising it.

And while my instructors would say nice elbows, they'd prolly cringe at the lack of combos being thrown and the trading shots.
There's more than one way to skin a cat dudes, y'all know that. No need for anyone to start freaking out due to criticism of any sort.
