ALT - ALTS - WHO

Returns the total character count of added alts and the list of character names.

Example:
QUOTE
You tell Kegor 'alts Lilithelle'

QUOTE
Kegor tells you 'Chars: 12 * Lilithelle|Inama|Suzalize|Ashantia|Luma|Eleari|Emeile|Eliri|Elenira|Kessarri|Lilibiple|Xerena'



Example:
QUOTE
You tell Kegor 'who Ssixar'

QUOTE
Kegor tells you 'Ssixar is unlisted.'


Example:
QUOTE
You tell Kegor 'who Uggar'

QUOTE
Kegor tells you 'Uggar has not been added to an alt list.'
