PERSONALITY: Vinnie is a man who knows what he wants and what he’s willing to do to get it. He’s very persuasive, and has never had trouble talking people into things or negotiating. Vinnie is oddly charismatic, and has a way of lulling you into a false sense of security and friendship, though he never lies about his true intentions. He just forget them until the time is right.
He likes to have a good time and enjoy himself, but Vinnie is someone you do not cross. He is unforgiving and has a brutal temper. Bad things happen to the people who mess with Vinnie Spiro, and you'd do well to remember that. A few of the things he hates most? Liars, traitors, and thieves.
Though it would be far from the truth to say that he hasn't been guilty of being each at least once. That's the thing with Vinnie, he's often hypocritical and doesn't believe that the same rules that apply to everyone else count for him. He's a hundred little contradictions all rolled up into one big ball of greed.
Everything else aside, Vinnie is ultimately a clever man who is not easily fooled, and he has the confidence and ability to lead his people to whatever end he sees fit.

BACKGROUND: Vinnie was born to a single parent home in a slum in Chicago. He never knew his dad and his mother was bitter and too preoccupied with providing him and his three older brothers with a roof over their heads to pay much actual attention to him. He was chubby as a kid, and short, neither of which were very beneficial to his status at school and he was harassed by bullies starting from the second grade up until his freshman year of high school.
Frustrated with the ongoing beatings he received before and after school, the only advice Vinnie's mother ever gave him was to 'suck it up and act like a man'. So Vinnie finally starting to do that- in his own way. He was slowly surrounding himself with other guys and getting it into their heads that the school needed a sharp kick in the ass when it came to the bully situation. Now that he was slimming out and considerably taller, Vinnie's message was more convincing and effective and the boys who had tormented him since elementary school ended up in the E.R. All eleven of them.
No one dared to rat out Vinnie and his 'gang' so he went unpunished. After high school, Vinnie moved around Chicago partaking in business ventures of his own. Mostly involving drug deals. But Vinnie wasn't stupid and he knew that it wasn't a permanent lifestyle, so he and his childhood friend and accomplice Arnie 'Pretty Boy' Desoto made plans to move out of the city and open a strip club.
Fate was with them, and Vinnie stumbled across the unsuspecting town of Dexly purely by accident. He deemed it the ideal location for their enterprise, and The Shady Lady was opened soon after. The rest is history.
