oh cut it off <.< everybody in this forum that has played with oot knows it will never be surpassed by any other zelda game, as a fan i know ;) its the base, the classic its...the legend =P ...i also think a good idea would be to remake it on the revo, with enchansed graphics and commands. but then again...thats just my idea.

at least for the fans of the saga oot will always be tops...always.

Well, you can't really say that. Unless you have already played all of the Zelda games to be, then you can't say that Ocarina of Time will never be surpassed. Although, of course, we cannot say that the Twilight Princess will definately surpass all the previous games, but I am pretty sure it will.

The graphics are going to be astounding, the music will be as if it were being conducted by Beethoven with all of the ups and downs of a masterpiece, and Link will finally be given a personality never before seen outside of our imagination. Sure, I am not absolutely sure of this, but I have a feeling it is going to leave the well-rumored Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask begging at its feet.

hey, you should know that graphics arent the only important thig in a gameX_X and the music might be lead by bethoven itself, but you cant say that TP is going to surpass the masterpiece ;), at least not for fans like me. yet i'm still waiting for it to come out <.< and yes, i've played and finished all the zelda games come out so far u_u

ps: the idea of link turning into a wolf, tough, left me a little bit surprised...it's a great innovation in the zelda series!!!!!XDDD

Yes, the storyline is greatly important to the game, but I am sure, being Nintendo, that they will make that game as realistic, unusual, intertaining, and involving as possible.

When I said that "Unless you have already played all of the Zelda games to be......" I meant that you would of had to of played all of the games that are GOING to come out, not the games that HAVE come out.

The whole wolf thing definately suprised me. I never saw that coming! Although, my theory is that Link, because he is turning into a wolf, Midna, because she rescues Link and she may rule the "Twilight Realm", and Princess Zelda, because she was captured and she may be the "Twilight Princess", could have a connection. They may even now be the Triforce.......Hey, it's only a theory.

But for you OoT fanboys (and girls) out there, TP will surpass it. At least I hope. It's had it's time, so just let it die already!

I still hold my thought, I MUST PLAY IT to tell whether if its better or not, and I the possiblility of Midna being the ToP is quite good...at least if Ganondork *yeah Ganon - DORK!* isnt back again

I'm not dumping on it. It was a good game. For it's time. It had its glory, and that's enough. It's time was then, not now. I'm not saying it's a bad game, it was actually one of the best games I've ever played. But the keyword is was.

tsk. "was" isnt the word for it, for the lovers of the series that game will always be tops. but i think that glory is forever, that game will always be in the hall of fame.

Now there's what really grinds my gears. You are only a "true fan" of the series if you think OoT is the best. Now that's completely false. I love the series just as much as anyone else on this forum. But for you to come in here and say that I'm not just because I share different opinions, that's bull crap.

Yes, it's a classic. Yes no one will ever forget it. But stop worshipping it like it just came out. Make room for some other things. Some newer ones.
