I forget who suggested it. I believe it is Murasaki Youko / Sasagawa Kyoko.

A rule 9 is added under RPG rules, and a new board under the category 'Scheme' has been added. This is for whenever you are going to be inactive for a certain period of time, you should use it.

By the way, Sasagawa Kyoko is our secretary (because we don't have Kusakabe). If you're lazy to email someone, you can ask her.
