Christmas patch details:

One can buy a WHite Snow Mark for 140VCoin

Everyone who logs on on Dec 24 will receive a Xmas gift (FOrgot what it was called in SCO).
Newly created char created on Dec 24, between 12AM and 23:59 (that's 9:00AM Sun 12/23 - 8:59AM Mon 12/24 PST) and reach level 24 will receive:

240K SPI
6 mystery box
12 mystery box (? WHy it says the same thing twice)

Also snow man like we used to have in SCOlast year (Ah, the old days) (2 types) which drop stuffs that can be combined into Xmas gifts.

Combine these at the factory: all dropped items from Snowmen
- 1 Blue Xmas gift = 1 box + 1 blue knot + 1 green Xmas card + 1 blue ribbon
- 1 Red Xmas gift = 1 box + 1 red knot + 1 red Xmas card + 1 red ribbon
- 1 X-Xmas gift = 1 box + 1 red knot + 1 X Xmas card + 1 blue ribbon
- 1 M-Xmas gift = 1 box + 1 red knot + 1 M Xmas card + 1 blue ribbon
- 1 A-Xmas gift = 1 box + 1 blue knot + 1 A Xmas card + 1 red ribbon

If you open the Xmas box you will receive the followings:

For the part about the newly created character grinding to 24 and getting all those boxes... does that mean creating a completely new account and character or do alt characters for existing accounts qualify?

Most Likely A New Character, Not Account, But If You Want To Be Safe, Do A New Account. Cuz It Only Takes Like 5 Mins To Create A New Account.
