Respect
Probably one of the biggest responsibilities we have as human beings... Just, please, take into mind that there are plenty of people from different places and backgrounds on this board. If you have an issue with someone, please let one of the admins know. Also, don't discuss such things on the board where everyone can see it. If there are problems, such matters should be discussed via PMs. NO WHINING OR FLAMING IN THE CBOX or anywhere on the board! If you do, you will be banned from the Cbox and possibly the board. Period. Discrimination based on race, sex, religion, or anything like that will NOT be tolerated.

Language
People swear, that's the way it works. Please, however, try not to swear every other word. It's tasteless when you can't get through one post without thirty swear words in the post and the bleeding thing is only four lines long.

Characters
1) You must register with a first and last name and real names. I don't want screen names. You can have as many characters as you want so long as you can keep up with them. If I see that you can't and you've got a canon, the canon will be offered up for adoption.

2) You're character MUST have an image. That can be a signature or it can be an avatar. If you can't find one, just ask and someone will be able to make or find one for you. It doesn't even have to be of a person, just something that represents your character. sentence: Back in Black

3) I cannot stress enough that no one is perfect and the same should be said about fictional characters. With that in mind, we don't want a bunch of sob stories on the board, either. People have all different histories but if their lives were really so black and horrible, they'd be the star of some Russian indie film and not posting on this board. So, just keep in mind that there are always a few exceptions but I don't want the board littered with extremes. Also, it seems that everyone seems to be making the same type of character. If I've already read an application like yours, you'll be asked to change a few things to make it your own. I want creativity.

4)As far as canons are concerned, I do not allow reservations and no canon is taken until they're crossed off the list. In other words, I'll give the position to the best application. It's an important job, being a canon. Just, when you're registering for an account someone else is trying out for, add something to the name and I'll change it later.

5)You can have as many accounts as you want but if you have three or more, one must be a canon until there are no canons left.

Posting
1) There's more to life than just posting. Gaspeth! Yes, it's true but please try to remain as active as possible. If you're going to go away, post in our MIA forum. If you're gone and don't leave a note you'll get deleted if you fail to post in the activity checks.

2) While I realize that not everyone is a published author, please attempt to have some level of intellect about you. Spelling and grammar is important but we all make mistakes. And please try to write as much as you can. It always makes reading the threads that much more fun. AT LEAST five sentences a post.

3) Godmoding is another thing. You cannot control what another person does and the same is true in the RP world. So, don't say that you shot Bob and Bob died. You can say that you shot Bob and leave it up to Bob to decide.

4) It happens to the best of us. We get blocks sometimes but please try to write as much as possible. At least one paragraph for most replies and a two paragraph opener would be nice. If it's obvious that you're always posting two or three liners in a thread, there will be actions taken.

5) This is an intermediate to advanced posting board. Please keep that in mind when filling out the application. If you can't keep up with the threads, think about another board.

Sex and Drugs
Possible and probable. It happens and it's part of life but just, please, be realistic with it all and have some taste with it. Also, with that being said, know that there are consequences with every action you take. Make sure you mark a mature thread with [M] or else I'll close it and you'll be warned. If you forgot or it was unexpected, PM an admin and it can be fixed.

If you want your character to have a child or be pregnant and it's not in the script, PM an admin and get approval first. More than likely, we'll be okay with it just as long as not everyone is popping out kids.

The board will probably carry an R like rating so keep that in mind. Graphic violence, sex, language, drug use, etc...

Graphics
The set size of the avatar is 100x100. The number of characters in the signature is 1500 but there are a few rules with the signature. If you are to use icons, it can only be two rows of 100x100 and if you are to use one single banner, it can be no larger than 550x300. Your account MUST have an image for your character somewhere. You may have TWO banners both under 600x300
